اثربخشی آموزش هوش اخلاقی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم

Abstract
زمینه و هدف: هوش اخلاقی یکی از متغیرهای مهم و تأثیرگذار در بسیاری از ویژگیهای روانی از جمله بهزیستی روانشناختی است. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش هوش اخلاقی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر باغملک انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون بود که روی دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم دبیرستانهای شهر باغملک در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 انجام شد. ابزار این پژوهش پرسشنامه 54 سؤالی بهزیستی روانشناختی (Ryff) بود. پس از انتخاب تصادفی دو دبیرستان دخترانه و پسرانه، از میان کسانی که تراز کمتر از میانگین را کسب نمودند، تعداد 60 نفر به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه مداخله هشت جلسه 90 دقیقهای، آموزش گروهی هوش اخلاقی دریافت نمودند. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای تی مستقل و به وسیله نرمافزار SPSS 22 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: آزمون تی مستقل تفاوت معنیداری را بین میانگین بهزیستی روانشناختی در مرحله پیشآزمون، بین گروههای مداخله (24/19±210/60) و کنترل (26/33±20580) نشان نداد (1/60=t و 0/05<P). میانگین و بهزیستی روانشناختی در مرحله پسآزمون، در گروه مداخله 20/63±235/60 و کنترل 35/20±211/06 بود. پس از آموزش، تفاضل میانگین نمره بهزیستی روانشناختی در گروههای مداخله و کنترل تفاوت معنیداری نداشت (0/01≥p).
نتیجهگیری: نظر به تأثیر آموزش هوش اخلاقی بر افزایش معنیدار بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشآموزان و با توجه به نیاز جامعه به انسانهای سالم، بانشاط و مولد، آموزش هوش اخلاقی به دانشآموزان توصیه میگردد.
