شاخصها و مؤلفههای اخلاق حرفهای اساتید بالینی علوم پزشکی مبتنی بر محیط کار: سنتزپژوهی مبتنی بر مدل روبرتس

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اساتید نقش الگویی مهمی در فرآیند آموزش خود به دانشجویان دارند؛ این مهم در اساتید بالینی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی با توجه به اینکه ارتباط آنها مستقیم و در محل کار با دانشجو و بیمار است، باعث نهادینهشدن اخلاق و منش حرفهای در دانشجویان میشود، لذا اخلاق حرفهای اساتید بالینی باید بیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار بگیرد. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی شاخصها و مؤلفههای اخلاق حرفهای اساتید بالینی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی است.
روش: رویکرد پژوهش حاضر کیفی و روش آن سنتزپژوهی است. جامعه پژوهش کلیه مقالاتی (183 مقاله) هستند که از سال 2014 تا 2023 در مورد مؤلفههای اخلاق حرفهای اساتید بالینی علوم پزشکی در پایگاههای تخصصی و علمی ارائه شدهاند. نمونه پژوهش 30 مقاله است که این تعداد بر اساس پایش موضوعی، اشباع نظری دادهها و به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدهاند. دادههای پژوهش از تحلیل کیفی اسناد مورد مطالعه، گردآوری شدهاند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در نگارش مقاله جنبههای اخلاقی شامل حفظ اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: با تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، محورهای اخلاق حرفهای اساتید بالینی علوم پزشکی در 4 بُعد، 13 عامل و 65 مقوله شامل بعد فردی ـ شخصیتی (مشتمل بر مؤلفههایی چون مؤلفههای درونفردی و برونفردی)؛ بعد مؤلفههای محیطی ـ بالینی (مشتمل بر مؤلفههایی چون توجه به فرهنگ یادگیری، سازندهگرایی بالینی و اخلاقمداری در محیط بالین)؛ بعد حرفهای تخصصی (مشتمل بر مؤلفههایی چون پژوهشمحوری و توسعه حرفهای، تعهد حرفهای، تخصصمحوری و تعلق حرفهای) و بعد مدیریتی ـ سازمانی (مشتمل بر محورهایی چون توجه به ارزشهای سازمانی، مدیریت مالی و اقتصادی و تقویت ابتکار و خلاقیت سازمانی)، طبقهبندی شدند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد مؤلفهها و شاخصهای اخلاق حرفهای اساتید بالینی علاوه بر ابعاد فردی، شامل ابعاد سازمانی، مدیریتی و تخصص حرفهای است، در این زمینه دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی در زمینه گزینش اساتید بالینی و ارزیابی سالانه آنها باید این موارد را در نظر بگیرند.
