تأثیر هوش اخلاقی بر مؤلفههای سازمان یاددهنده با نقش میانجی جو سازمانی نوآورانه (مطالعه موردی: کارکنان ادارات آموزش و پرورش استان گلستان)

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ایجاد سازمان یاددهنده در شرایط متغیر امروز امری بسیار مهم در سازمانها به شمار میآید و جهت رسیدن به این مهم عوامل مختلفی نقش دارند که میتوان به هوش اخلاقی و جو سازمانی نوآورانه اشاره کرد، بدینمنظور هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر هوش اخلاقی بر مؤلفههای سازمان یاددهنده با نقش میانجی جوسازمانی نوآورانه است.
روش: روش تحقیق همبستگی و از نوع مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان ادارات آموزش و پرورش استان گلستان به تعداد 513 نفر بود که از این تعداد 219 نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. گردآوری دادهها با استفاده از سه پرسشنامه شامل پرسشنامه سازمان یاددهنده زارعی (1387 ش.)، پرسشنامه جو سازمانی نوآورانه سیگل و کارمر (1987 م.) و پرسشنامه هوش اخلاقی لنیک و کییل (2005 م.) انجام شد. تحلیل دادهها با کمک نرمافزار Smart Pls 3 و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شده است.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تدوین مقاله حاضر جنبههای اخلاقی شامل حفظ اصالت متون، صداقت، امانتداری و رضایت آزمودنیها رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که هوش اخلاقی بر مؤلفههای سازمان یاددهنده با ضریب مسیر 844/0 و هوش اخلاقی بر جو سازمانی نوآورانه با ضریب مسیر 446/0 و همینطور جو سازمانی نوآورانه بر سازمان یاددهنده با ضریب مسیر 289/0 تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد. همچنین تأثیر غیر مستقیم هوش اخلاقی بر سازمان یاددهنده با نقش میانجی جو سازمانی نوآورانه با ضریب مسیر 13/0 و میزان t بالاتر از 96/1 مثبت و معنادار میباشد.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج به دستآمده مشخص شد که هوش اخلاقی میتواند نقش مهمی برای دستیابی سازمان به عنوان سازمانی یاددهنده داشته باشد. همچنین هرچه کارکنان سازمان از هوش اخلاقی بالاتری برخوردار باشند، در سازمان جو نوآورانه حاکم میشود و سازمان به سمت یاددهندهبودن حرکت میکند. بنابراین به کارکنان آموزش و پرورش پیشنهاد میگردد توجه ویژهای به هوش اخلاقی و ایجاد جوی نوآورانه در سازمان داشته باشند.
