پیشبینی رضایتمندی شغلی معلمان ابتدایی: نقش جو مدرسه و رهبری اخلاقی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: رضایت شغلی، از جمله مقولههایی است که میتواند تحت تأثیر جو محیط و شیوه رهبری اخلاقی قرار گیرد. از این رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش جو مدرسه و رهبری اخلاقی در رضایتمندی شغلی معلمان ابتدایی بهارستان انجام شد.
روش: در این پژوهش توصیفی ـ همبستگی 144 نفر از معلمان دوره دوم ابتدایی ناحیه دو بهارستان در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری شامل پرسشنامه جو مدرسه Ojaghi (1997 م.)، رهبری اخلاقی Kalshoven و همکاران (2011 م.) و پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی Brayfield & Rothe (1951 م.) بود. تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS 22 و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه انجام شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این پژوهش رضایت شفاهی مشارکتکنندگان اخذ و درباره محرمانهبودن اطلاعات به آنها اطمینان خاطر داده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد جو مدرسه و رهبری اخلاقی با رضایت شغلی معلمان همبستگی مثبت و معنادار داشت (۰۱/0>P). مؤلفههای جو سازمانی مدرسه، ۴۱ درصد و مؤلفههای رهبری اخلاقی 5/36 درصد از واریانس رضایتمندی شغلی را تبیین میکنند.
نتیجهگیری: بهبود جو مدرسه و به کارگیری سبک رهبری اخلاقی میتواند زمینه را برای افزایش رضایتمندی شغلی معلمان ابتدایی فراهم نماید. نتایج پژوهش اهمیت متصدیان تعلیم و تربیت در جهت ارتقای رضایتمندی شغلی معلمان را نشان میدهد.
