بررسی تأثیر رهبری اخلاقی بر عملکرد نوآوری با نقش میانجی سرمایه انسانی و سرمایه اجتماعی (مطالعه موردی: کارکنان بیمه ایران شهر تهران)

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: یکی از نظریههای نوین رهبری که ضعفها و مشکلات رویکردهای سنتی رهبری را برطرف کرده است، نظریه رهبری اخلاقی است که بر ارائه رفتار مناسب به صورت هنجاری در اعمال شخصی، روابط بین فردی و ترغیب پیروان، تأکید دارد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر رهبری اخلاقی بر عملکرد نوآوری با نقش میانجی سرمایه انسانی و سرمایه اجتماعی صورت گرفته است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و بر حسب نحوه اجرا از نوع پیمایشی میباشد. به منظور جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه اولاه و جمیل (2020 م.) استفاده است. پایایی کل 900/0 میباشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل کارکنان بیمه ایران در شهر تهران بوده که تعداد آنها 450 نفر است. به کمک فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 207 نفر برآورد شد و برای نمونهگیری تحقیق، روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب گردید.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: مشارکتکنندگان با آگاهی از اهداف پژوهش پرسشنامهها را تکمیل کردند.
یافتهها: جهت آزمون فرضیهها، روش معادلات ساختاری و آزمون تحلیل حداقل مربعات جزئی و آزمون كولموگروف ـ اسمیرنف به کار گرفته شد. در نهایت با استفاده از نرمافزار Smart PLS 4 تحلیل دادهها انجام گردید و تحلیل دادهها حاکی از معناداری و تأیید فرضیهها است.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که رهبری اخلاقی بر عملکرد نوآوری با نقش میانجی سرمایه انسانی و سرمایه اجتماعی تأثیری معنادار دارد و بر این اساس نیاز است که مدیران سعی کنند شناخت کافی نسبت به کارکنان به دست آورده تا بتوانند در موقع مناسب از تواناییهای آنها استفاده کنند. استفاده صحیح از نیروی انسانی باعث موفقیت آن میگردد که موفقیت تکتک افراد موفقیت کل واحد کاری را در پی خواهد داشت.
