نقش تابآوری تحصیلی و اخلاق تحصیلی در پیشبینی موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بررسی عوامل مؤثر در موفقیت تحصیلی همواره یکی از دغدغههای پژوهشگران نظام آموزشی و آموزش عالی بوده است، بنابراین مطالعه حاضر باهدف بررسی نقش تابآوری تحصیلی و اخلاق تحصیلی در پیشبینی موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی بود و جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان خراسان جنوبی در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بودند که بر اساس جدول جسی و مورگان تعداد 330 نفر به روش نمونه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای تابآوری تحصیلی ساموئلز (۲۰۰۴)، اخلاق تحصیلی گل پرور (1389) و موفقیت تحصیلی ولز (۲۰۱۰) بودند. جهت تحلیل دادهها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون همزمان با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 24 استفاده شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: پس از کسب اجازه از دانشگاه و بیان اهداف برای شرکتکنندگان، رضایت از آنها کسب و درباره محرمانگی اطلاعات به آنها اطمینان خاطر داده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد بین تابآوری تحصیلی (676/0=r) و اخلاق تحصیلی (501/0=r) با موفقیت تحصیلی ارتباط مستقیم و معنیداری وجود داشت (01/0>P)؛ و مؤلفههای تابآوری تحصیلی و اخلاق تحصیلی، ۱/۵۰ درصد از موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان را تبيين میکنند.
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای پژوهش زمینه را برای پژوهشهای آموزشی بیشتر و عمیقتر در حوزه برنامهریزی آموزشی اخلاقی و منش تابآورانه فراهم میکند.
