چکیده
زمینه و هدف: آموزش هوش اخلاقی یکی از مؤلفههای مهم تربیت کودک است که میتواند در بهبود وضعیت روانی فردی و اجتماعی کودکان مؤثر باشد. بنابراین هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مؤلفههای هوش اخلاقی بر تابآوری و انسجام روانی دانشآموزان ابتدایی بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه شبهتجربی از نوع پیشآزمون پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانشآموزان پسر پایه ششم ابتدایی شهر بهارستان در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بودند که از جامعه هدف تعداد 30 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه گواه و آزمایش جایگزین شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل مقیاس تابآوری Connor & Davidson (2003 م.) و پرسشنامه احساس انسجام روانی Antonovsky (1987 م.) بودند. برنامه مداخله آموزش مؤلفههای هوش اخلاقی در 8 جلسه برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد، اما در این مدت برای گروه گواه مداخله خاصی صورت نگرفت، سپس از هر دو گروه پسآزمون گرفته شد. جهت تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار SPSS 22 و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره در سطح معنیداری 01/0=α استفاده شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تدوین این مقاله جنبههای اخلاقی شامل حفظ اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری و رضایت و اطلاعرسانی، رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که پس از تعدیل نمرات پیشآزمون، میانگین نمرات تابآوری و انسجام روانی گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه گواه در پسآزمون به طور معنیداری افزایش داشت (001/0>p). بنابراین میتوان گفت که آموزش مؤلفههای هوش اخلاقی بر افزایش تابآوری و انسجام روانی دانشآموزان تأثیرگذار بود (001/0>p).
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، آموزش مؤلفههای هوش اخلاقی به دانشآموزان میتواند یک روش مداخلهای مناسب جهت ارتقای تابآوری و انسجام روانی آنها باشد.
