بررسی مکانیسم حذف بیولوژیکی دی اتیل فتالات و دی آلیل فتالات در تصفیه فاضلاب سنتتیک

چکیده
چكيده
زمينه و هدف: در سالهای اخیر استرهای اسید فتالیک در نتیجه ی تولید و مصرف گسترده توجه فزاینده ای را جلب نموده اند. استرهای اسید فتالیک به اختلالات غدد درون ریز و سرطان مرتبط بوده و همچنین به عنوان آلایندههای نوپدید و خطرناک در نظر گرفته شده اند. فاضلاب صنایع یکی از محیط هایی است که مقادیر زیادی از این آلایندهها در آن تشخیص داده شده است و با توجه به کاربرد متداول فرآیندهای بیولوژیکی در تصفیه فاضلاب صنایع، این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی مسیر تجزیه زیستی استرهای اسید فتالیک و متابولیتهای آن به انجام رسیده است.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه دو استر زنجیره کوتاه از خانواده استرهای اسید فتالیک شامل دی اتیل فتالات و دی آلیل فتالات انتخاب شده و با بررسی متابولیتهای موجود در پساب حاصل از تجزیه ی بیولوژیکی آنها توسط راکتور رشد چسبیده با بستر متحرک در زمانهای ماند هیدرولیکی 1 تا 12 ساعت و غلظت ثابت ورودی mg/L 100، مسیر تجزیه ی آنها تعیین شد.
يافتهها: مهم ترین متابولیت هایی که در تجزیه زیستی هر دو استر مورد مطالعه مشاهده شدند شامل: فتالیک اسید، مونو متیل فتالات، دی متیل فتالات و کاتکول بودند. مسیر تجزیه هر دو ترکیب مورد مطالعه مشابه بوده و با جدا شدن زنجیره ی استری و یا حذف گروه متیل آغاز میشود و پس از چند مرحله تجزیه حلقه ی بنزنی باقی مانده به 2-هیدروکسی موکونیک سمی آلدهید شکسته میشود.
نتيجه گيري: مسیر اصلی حذف هر دو ترکیب حذف زنجیره ی استری بوده و پس از آن حذف گروه متیل قرار دارد. با توجه به مسیر تجزیه و متابولیتهای تولید شده، فرآیندهای بیولوژیکی به عنوان راه حلی قابل اطمینان میتواند مطرح شود.
