بررسی مقدار جذب فلز روی در نهال های دو ساله گونه درختی صنوبر دلتوئیدس (Populus deltoids) درمحیط زیست

چکیده
زمینه وهدف: گیاه پالایی فناوری استفاده از گیاهان در رفع آلودگیها از جمله فلزات سنگین از محیط و تجمع آن در بافتها و اندامهای گیاه است. آلودگی ناشی از فلزات سنگین به علت پایداری در محیط زیست از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. هدف از اجرای این پژوهش بررسی توان زیست پالایی روی توسط گونه صنوبر دلتوئیدس است.
مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش با اجازه اداره منابع طبیعی، نهالهای دو ساله گونه درختی صنوبر دلتوئیدس از نهالستان تهیه گردید و محلول کلرید روی با غلظتهای ۰، 10، 20، 40 میلیگرم در لیتر تهیه شد. سپس محلول به خاک اضافه گردید و نهالها در گلدان گذاشته شد. پس از طی سه ماه از رشد نهالها، نمونه های اندامهای هوایی (برگ و ساقه) ریشه و خاک نهالها به روش هضم خشک و توسط دستگاه جذب اتمی آنالیز گردید. نتایج با استفاده از آزمون آنالیز واریانس و دانکن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت
یافته ها: بیشترین میزان غلظت فلز روی در اندام هوایی، ریشه و خاک گونه صنوبر دلتوئیدس به ترتیب 86/ 142، 94/85و 002 /12 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم و کمترین میزان غلظت فلز روی در اندام هوایی، ریشه و خاک گونه صنوبر دلتوئیدس به ترتیب 44/61، 20 /21 و 24 0/1 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم است. در وزن خشک اندام هوایی و ریشه کمترین مقدار به ترتیب 14/۴ و066/3 گرم در غلظت ۴۰ میلیگرم در لیتر و بیشترین مقدار به ترتیب 61/ 20 3/066گرم در غلظت شاهد یا صفر میلیگرم در لیتر میباشد.
نتیجه گیری: گونه صنوبر دلتوئیدس مناسب جهت پالایش خاکهای آلوده به فلز روی میباشد.
