برآورد کمترین هزینه و نشر گازهای گلخانه ای سامانه پردازش و دفن پسماندهای جامد شهری با استفاده از الگوریتم NSGA II

چکیده
زمينه و هدف: به منظور ارزيابي ميزان پايداري يک سامانه يکپارچه مديريت پسماند (ISWMS)، انجام تجزيه و تحليل بر روي معيارهاي تاثيرگذار ضروري است. بنابراين هدف از اين مطالعه ارائه يک مدل رياضي ساده جهت بهينهسازي ISWMS با دو هدف حداقلسازي هزينه و انتشار گازهاي گلخانهاي (GHG) کل سامانه ميباشد.
مواد و روش: در اين پژوهش، قبل از شروع فرآيند مدلسازي، جهت استفاده از دادههاي ثبت شده در محدوده زماني مهر ماه 1393 تا آبان 1394 هماهنگيهاي لازم با مديران سازمان مديريت پسماند شهر تهران بعمل آمد. مدل بهينه پيشنهادي براي تخصيص يازده مؤلفه MSW (کاغذ، مقوا، پلاستيک، نايلون، فلزات آهني، شيشه، پت، پسماندهاي تر، نان، مواد قابل بازيافت مخلوط و ديگر پسماندها) به سه زيرسامانه مديريت MSW (پردازش و تفکيک، هضم بيهوازي و لندفيل) در مجتمع پردازش و دفع آبعلي واقع در منطقه 4 شهرداري تهران با استفاده از الگوريتم NSGA II حل و مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت.
يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد در يک ISWMS شهري با افزايش نرخ تفکيک، ميزان هزينهها و نشر GHG به طور قابل توجهي کاهش پيدا خواهد کرد. همچنين نرخ تفکيک و پردازش 100 درصد با 1750698 تومان درآمدزايي و kg CO2 2438 اجتنابي (اجتناب از نشر آلايندگي) به عنوان بهينهترين حالت برآورد شد.
نتيجهگيري: به منظور افزايش توجيه فني تاسيس چنين سامانههايي، افزايش نرخ پسماند ورودي روزانه به مجتمع آبعلي و تکميل زيرساختي سامانه داراي بعد اقتصادي و زيست محيطي ضروري به نظر ميرسد. از طرف ديگر با توجه به اينکه زيرسامانههاي حمل و نقل و لندفيل از هيچ بعد اقتصادي و زيست محيطي مثبتي برخوردار نميباشند، لازم است جريان و روند تخصيص پسماند در اين زيرسامانهها با دقت بيشتري دنبال شود.
