بررسی اثر شیفت‌کاری و اختلال خواب بر خطاهای انسانی و حوادث شغلی در کارکنان اورژانس بیمارستان نفت اهواز

چکیده

سابقه و هدف: شیفت‌کاری و اختلال خواب از عوامل مهم و رو‌به‌افزایش در محیط‌های درمانی هستند که می‌توانند با تضعیف عملکرد شناختی، ایمنی شغلی کارکنان را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند. هدف این مطالعه بررسی رابطه شیفت‌کاری و اختلال خواب با خطاهای انسانی و حوادث شغلی در کارکنان اورژانس بیمارستان نفت اهواز بود. این مطالعه به‌صورت توصیفی–تحلیلی در سال ۱۴۰۴ انجام شد.

روش کار: جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی کارکنان اورژانس بود که به روش سرشماری (n=120) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد اختلال خواب (PSQI)، پرسشنامه خطاهای انسانی و چک‌لیست حوادث شغلی ILO جمع‌آوری شد. برای شیفت‌کاری نیز از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها با آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی در نرم‌افزار SPSS انجام شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد شیفت‌کاری و اختلال خواب با تمامی مؤلفه‌های خطاهای انسانی و حوادث شغلی رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارند (p<0.05). بیشترین همبستگی‌ها در مؤلفه‌های کاهش تمرکز، فراموشی وظایف و خطاهای توجهی مشاهده شد. همچنین در حوزه حوادث شغلی، قوی‌ترین روابط مربوط به خطاهای منجر به حادثه و تعداد وقوع حوادث بود. به‌طور کلی، شدت روابط اختلال خواب در مقایسه با شیفت‌کاری در اکثر متغیرها بالاتر بود.

نتیجه‌گیری: بنابر نتایج اگرچه شیفت‌کاری یک عامل ساختاری مهم در بروز خطاهای انسانی و حوادث شغلی است، اما اختلال خواب نقش تعیین‌کننده‌تری در تبیین این پیامدها دارد. بنابراین، ارتقای کیفیت خواب و اجرای برنامه‌های مدیریت خستگی در کنار اصلاح نظام شیفت‌بندی می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در کاهش خطاها و افزایش ایمنی شغلی کارکنان اورژانس داشته باشد.
