تأثیر ردیاب همراه با فعالیت بدنی بر استقامت قلبی- عروقی و ترکیب بدنی سالمندان کم‌تحرک

چکیده

سابقه و هدف: نقش فعالیت بدنی بر سلامت روانی و جسمانی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین عامل مؤثر در ارتقاء و تکامل انسان‌ها به‌ویژه در بین سالمندان از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. یکی از ابزارهای انگیزشی برای فعالیت بدنی، ردیاب‌های فعالیت است که عملکرد مکانیکی - فیزیولوژیکی سالمند را مورد ارزیابی قرار می‌دهد و می‌تواند از طریق بازخوردی که به سالمند می‌دهد باعث انگیزش تمرین شود. هدف از این مطالعه تأثیر ردیاب همراه با فعالیت بدنی بر استقامت قلبی- عروقی و ترکیب بدنی سالمندان کم‌تحرک بود.

روش بررسی: تحقیق به لحاظ هدف از نوع کار آزمایی بالینی و به لحاظ جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، میدانی بود. شرکت‌کنندگان 45 نفرسالمند کم‌تحرکی بودند که بیش از 60 سال سن داشته و در خانه سالمندان شهر تهران به‌طور شبانه‌روزی پذیرایی می‌شدند. از پرسشنامه بین‌المللی فعالیت بدنی، پرسشنامه آمادگی فعالیت بدنی و سیاهه انگیزه تمرین جهت انتخاب آزمودنی‌ها استفاده شد. آزمودنی‌ها به سه گروه 15 نفری (دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل) جایگزین شدند؛ گروه آزمایش یک شامل 15 نفر که از ردیاب فعالیت استفاده کردند و فعالیت بدنی هم انجام دادند؛ و گروه آزمایش دو شامل 15 نفر که فقط فعالیت بدنی انجام دادند و از ردیاب فعالیت استفاده نمی‌کردند؛ و گروه کنترل شامل 15 نفر که نه از ردیاب فعالیت استفاده کردند و نه فعالیت بدنی انجام دادند وزندگی روزمره طبق برنامه‌های عادی خانه سالمندان را دنبال می‌کردند. از تمام شرکت‌کننده‌ها، آزمون راکپورت و آزمون ترکیب بدن (شاخص توده بدنی) در هفته اول، هفته ششم و هفته دوازدهم گرفته شد. کل مدت پروتکل تمرین 12 هفته و هفته‌ای سه جلسه تمرین انجام شد که درمجموع 36 جلسه شرکت‌کنندگان تمرین کردند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس برای اندازه‌های تکراری و جهت تعیین مکان بین میانگین‌ها از آزمون تعقیبی حداقل تفاوت معنی‌دار فیشر استفاده و سطح معنی‌داری 0.05 در نظر گرفته شد.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق تفاوت معنی‌داری بین گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل در استقامت قلبی- عروقی نشان داد و تفاوت معنی‌داری بین گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل در ترکیب بدن نشان نداد (P≤ 0.05) .

نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان می‌دهد که استفاده از ردیاب باعث انگیزش فعالیت بدنی در سالمندان کم‌تحرک شده و استقامت قلبی عروقی آن‌ها را بهبود می‌بخشد، ولی نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که 12 هفته تمرین برای تفاوت معنی‌دار بین گروهی متغیر ترکیب بدن کافی نیست. نتایج مطالعه حاضر می‌تواند راهنمای کسانی باشند که با سالمندان سروکار دارند تا بتوانند برنامه‌های تمرینی مناسب برای سالمندان طراحی کنند تا در برنامه‌ریزی و درمان ناهنجاری‌های مربوط به دهه‌های آخر عمر بتوان تصمیمات درست و منطقی بگیرند. پژوهشگران می‌توانند با دست‌کاری در متغیرها و همچنین در زمان و نوع تمرین و تغییر ابزار انگیزش نتایج دیگری برای آیندگان به دست آورند.
