سلامت رواني اجتماعي زنان مواجهه يافته با زلزله کرمان در ارتباط با ويژگي‌هاي فردي اجتماعي آن‌ها

چکیده

سابقه و هدف: در سال‌هاي اخير شاهد بروز زلزله‌هايي با آثار منفي جدي بر سلامت خانواده‌ها بوده‌ايم. توجه به اهميت نقش زنان در خانواده و جامعه، اهميت برخورداري آنان از سلامت رواني اجتماعي - به ويژه در شرايط بحران- را نشان مي‌دهد. در اين راستا مطالعه باهدف تعيين ميانگين مولفه هاي سلامت رواني اجتماعي زنان و ارتباط با ويژگي‌هاي فردي اجتماعي آن‌ها در زلزله کرمان انجام شد.
روش بررسي: مطالعه توصيفي پيمايشي روي 250 نفر زنان تحت زلزله استان کرمان، در سال 1397 با به‌کارگيري پرسشنامه هنجاريابي شده سلامت رواني اجتماعي زنان در زلزله روي گروه نمونه (91/0=α)، از طريق مراجعه حضوري به منطقه اسکان زنان در شهرستان کوه بنان، شهر هجدک و روستاهاي منطقه گور انجام و داده‌ها توسط آزمون کوواريانس تحليل شدند.
يافته‌ها: طبق نتايج به‌دست‌آمده از بين شش مولفه موردبررسي در حوزه سلامت رواني اجتماعي زنان مواجه شده با زلزله، بيش‌ترين ميانگين نمره، به مولفه ارتباطات و اخبار (25/76) و کمترين ميانگين نمره به مولفه مديريت فردي و سازماني در منطقه (93/24) و ميانگين کل (6/48) از 100، اختصاص داشت. ضمنا زنان جوان‌تر، مجرد و غيردانشگاهي خانه‌دار از مولفه مديريت فردي و سازماني در منطقه، زنان متاهل از مولفه وضعيت روان‌شناختي و همچنين زنان غيردانشگاهي خانه‌دار از مولفه تاب آوري فردي اجتماعي ارزيابي بهتري داشتند.
نتيجه‌گيري: طبق يافته‌هاي مطالعه، زنان مواجهه يافته با زلزله، ارزيابي مناسبي از وضعيت سلامت رواني اجتماعي خود نداشتند و سهم مهمي از نارضايتي آن‌ها به نحوه مديريت و امنيتي که در منطقه انتظار داشتند مربوط بوده است. يافته‌هاي اين مطالعه مي‌تواند براي توانمندسازي زنان هم از نظر روان‌شناختي و هم مديريت رفتار و هيجان در شرايط بلايا بکار گرفته شود.
