نگرش رانندگان درباره ارزيابي اعمال مقررات سرعت در بزرگراههاي استان گلستان

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: رانندگي با سرعت غيرمجاز يکي از مهمترين عوامل انساني در بروز حوادث ترافيکي است که منجر به مرگ يا معلوليت شديد افراد ميشود. درايران عدم رعايت سرعت مجاز از سوي رانندگان در بسياري از تصادفات شديد و منجر به فوت، به عنوان يكي از عوامل مؤثر در تصادفات شناخته شده است. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، بررسي نگرش رانندگان نسبت به طرح اعمال سرعت در بزرگراههاي استان گلستان بوده است.
روش بررسي: در يک مطالعه توصيفي- پيمايشــي، از بين رانندگان در حال تردد در بزرگراههاي استان گلستان، 240 راننده سواري و 60 راننده کاميون به روش نمونهگيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب و با استفاده از پرسشنامه، مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفتند. سؤالات شامل ويژگيهاي اجتماعي، اقتصادي و نگرش رانندگان در موردسياستهاي اعمال سرعت با توجه به موقعيتهاي متفاوت بود.
يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد که 4/68 درصد رانندگان سواري و 3/73 درصد رانندگان کاميون با سياست اعمال سرعت دقيق موافق بودند و هنگامي که رانندگان، کنترل سرعت توسط پليس يا نصب دوربين سرعت را ديدند نسبت به زماني که علامت هشدار، يا عمليات رسانهاي را شنيدند، بيشتر سرعت خود را کاهش دادند. اما بررسي بيشتر نشان داد، رانندگاني که حداکثر سرعت را داشتند جوانتر بوده و در گذشته نيز تصادف کردهاند. بين نسبتهاي تصادف، تعداد قبضهاي جريمه و حداکثر سرعت رابطه معني داري وجود داشت.
نتيجه گيري: نگرش رانندگان ميتواند سياست گزاران رادر توسعه طرحهاي اعمال سرعت مؤثر و مناسب در بزرگراههاي بين شهري کمک بنمايد.
