بررسی بایوآئروسل ها در دبیرستانهای دخترانه شهرستان اسلامشهر در سال1393-1392

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: پايش کيفيت هواي داخلي و آزاد در مدارس به دليل جمعيت حساس دانشآموزان که احتمال ابتلا به بيماريهاي منتقله از هوا در آنان بيشتر است، حائز اهميت است. تعداد آئروسلهاي بيولوژيکي هوابرد با انتشار بيماريها در دانشآموزان که بهطور متوسط 6 ساعت در مدارس حضور دارند ارتباط دارد. اهداف اين مطالعه تعيين نوع و تعداد آئروسلهاي بيولوژيکي در هواي داخل و آزاد مدارس، تعيين تأثير موقعيت جغرافيايي مدارس و فصل روي تعداد آئروسلهاي بيولوژيکي است.
روش بررسي: اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي-تحليلي در دبيرستانهاي دخترانه عدالت و پيام قرآن شهرستان اسلامشهر در بازه زماني 1/9/1392 الي 31/2/1393 انجام گرفت. نمونهبرداري از هوا براي ارزيابي تعداد آئروسلهاي بيولوژيکي در هواي داخل و آزاد توسط نمونهبردار مستقيم ميکروبي هوا Quick Take-30 با شدتجريان عبور هوا (3/28 ليتر در دقيقه) انجام گرفت. کليه نتايج بهدستآمده با استاندارد EU GMP مقايسه و سطح آلودگي هر ايستگاه مشخص گرديد.
يافتهها: ميانگين تعداد باکتريها و قارچهاي هوابرد داخل کلاسها از هواي آزاد بيشتر است. همچنين ميانگين تعداد باکتريها قارچهاي هوابرد در کلاس طبقه دوم تفاوت زيادي با بخشهاي ديگر مدرسه دارد. حضور ميکروارگانيسم آسپرژيلوس و پنيسليوم در هر دو محيط محسوس ميباشد.
نتيجهگيري: يافتهها نشان دادند که تعداد بيشتر آئروسلهاي بيولوژيکي در کلاس با تعداد دانشآموزان بيشتر ميتواند در طولانيمدت به عارضههاي تنفسي و عوارض آلرژيک شديد در دانشآموزان منجر شود.
