مقایسه وضعیت آمادگی غیرسازهای بیمارستان مسیح دانشوری قبل و بعد از مداخله بر اساس مدل Focus-PDCA

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: تداوم عملکرد بیمارستانها در بلایا و فوریتها حیاتی است زیرا بیمارستان نخستین و نزدیکترین مکان دریافت خدمات پزشکی، بدون توجه به امکان ارایه خدمات در زمان بلایا، محسوب میگردد. لذا هدف از انجام این مطالعه، ارتقاء عملکرد ایمنی بیمارستان مسیح دانشوری با کمک صاحبان فرآیند بر اساس سـنجش ميـزان عملكرد كمي و كيفي تجهيزات و آسيبپذيري اجزاي غيرسازهاي و انجام اقدامات مداخله ای با استفاده از روش FOCUS-PDCA بود.
روش کار: این مطالعه یک پژوهش کاربردی با روش اقدامپژوهی مشارکتی میباشد که بررسیهای میدانی بر اساس ابزار ارزیابی ایمنی بیمارستان در برابر بلایا (FHSI) در سال 1402 توسط تیم ارزیابی انجام شد.
یافته ها: سطح ایمنی بیمارستان قبل از مداخله در رتبه 6 از 10 (طبقه شش ارزیابی ایمنی = متوسط) قرار گرفت. بعد از مداخله صورت نمره ارزیابی ایمنی غیرسازهای با یک پله صعود در رتبه 7 از 10 (طبقه هشت ارزیابی ایمنی = نسبتاَ مطلوب) شد.
نتیجه گیری: انجام ارزیابی وضعیت غیرسازهای در بیمارستان مسیح دانشوری این نکته مهم را اثبات کرد که کاستیهای جدی ایمنی در بیمارستان مربوط به حفاظت از آتش و نواقص آتش نشانی است که با مشاهده شباهت در نتایج سایر مطالعات نیز این نکته را می توان در اکثر مراکز درمانی و بیمارستانها تعمیم داد. پیشنهاد می شود با استفاده از اقدامپژوهی در این حوزه، ابعاد مختلف آمادگی (سازهای، غیرسازهای و عملکردی) را تا حدود زیادی گره گشایی نمود.
