تعیین روابط علی بین مؤلفههای مؤثر بر توسعه ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی در شرکت های تولیدی با استفاده از تحلیل تم و دیمتل فازی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: تضمین ایمنی در محیط کار یکی از وظایف اساسی سازماندهندگان فرآیند کار یعنی کارفرمایان است. کارفرمایان باید کلیه خطرات و مزاحمتهای شغلی مرتبط با کار انجام شده را که باعث بروز حوادث و بیماریهای شغلی میشود محدود و از بین ببرند؛ بر همین اساس هدف این پژوهش تعیین روابط علی بین مؤلفههای مؤثر بر توسعه ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی بود.
روش کار: این تحقیق از منظر هدف، کاربردی- توسعهای بوده و از منظر روش انجام کار آمیخته مبتنی بر روشهای کیفی و کمی محسوب می گردد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه شرکت های تولیدی شهر تبریز بوده که برای جمع آوری داده ها از دو پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. به منظور تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل تم، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و دیمتل فازی استفاده شد.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش در بخش تحلیل تم نشان میدهد که مؤلفههای مؤثر بر توسعه ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی در هفت تم اصلی و سی و هشت تم فرعی دستهبندی میگردد. همچنین مقادیر ریشه میانگین مجذور باقیماندهها کمتر از 05/0، ریشه میانگین مربعات خطای برآورد کمتر از 09/0، شاخص نیکویی برازش و شاخص برازندگی تطبیقی بزرگتر از 9/0 و خیدو بهنجارشده کوچکتر از 3 برای تمامی مدلهای تأییدی محاسبه شده بود که نشان دهنده مناسب بودن دستهبندی تمهای فرعی بر اساس تمهای اصلی و تأیید تمهای اصلی بوده است. نتایج دیمتل فازی نیز نشان میدهد که سه مؤلفه اصلی سازمان و مدیریت، اقدامات مدیریتی و مکانیزم نظارت و اجرا در گروه علت و تأثیرگذار قرار میگیرند. سایر مؤلفههای اصلی نیز در گروه معلول و تأثیرپذیر قرارگرفتهاند.
نتیجهگیری: مدیران شرکت های تولیدی می توانند با تقویت مولفه های سازمان و مدیریت، اقدامات مدیریتی و مکانیزم نظارت و اجرا نسبت به بهبود و توسعه برنامه های ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی در شرکت اقدام کرده و باعث کاهش حوادث گردند.
