چکیده
سابقه و هدف: کمر درد یکی از شایع ترین دلایل ایجاد ناتوانی در بزرگسالان است. مداخلات غیر هجومی زیادی برای بهبود این عارضه وجود دارد که استفاده از تمرین یکی از اصلی ترین آن ها است؛ اما در خصوص اثر بخشی انواع مخلتف روش های تمرینی شواهد ضد نقیضی وجود دارد. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر 8 هفته تمرینات تعلیقی بر میزان درد، استقامت عضلات ثبات دهنده مرکزی و کیفیت زندگی افراد مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی بود.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهشهای نیمه تجربی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون بود. تعداد 30 زن مبتلا به کمردرد انتخاب و به دو گروه تمرینات تعلیقی (15) و کنترل (15) تقسیم شدند. میزان درد توسط شاخص VAS و استقامت عضلات ثبات دهنده مرکزی بوسیله آزمون مک گیل و کیفیت زندگی به وسیله پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی SF-36 به صورت پیش آزمون و پس آزمون اندازه گیری شد. سپس گروه تعلیقی، تمرینات را برای 24 جلسه انجام دادند. برای بررسی تغییرات درون گروهی از آزمون تی زوجی و تغییرات بین گروهی از آزمون آنالیز کواریانس استفاده شد.
نتایج: نتایج آزمون تی زوجی نشان داد تنها در گروه تجربی بین پیش آزمون و پس آزمون اختلاف معنی داری در تمامی متغیرها مشاهده شد. همچنین نتایج آزمون آنالیز واریانس، اختلاف معنی داری بین دو گروه تجربی و کنترل در پس آزمون در تمامی متغیرها نشان داد.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از تحقیق حاضر نشان داد تمرینات تعلیقی باعث بهبود معنی داری در میزان درد و استقامت عضلات ثبات دهنده مرکزی و کیفیت زندگی آزمودنی ها می شود.
