مقايسه تأثير تمرينات ثباتي و تکنيک انرژي عضلاني بر ميزان درد، ناتواني و دامنه حرکتي گردن افراد مبتلا به گردن درد مزمن غير اختصاصي

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: گردن درد يکي از ضايعات شايع اسکلتي عضلاني ميباشد و عدم درمان مناسب اين عارضه مي تواند سبب ايجاد درد و ناتواني در افراد شود. لذا هدف از اين مطالعه بررسي مقايسه تاثير تمرينات ثباتي و تکنيک انرژي عضلاني بر ميزان درد، ناتواني و دامنه حرکتي گردن مردان داراي گردن درد مزمن بود .
روش بررسي: بيماران داراي گردن درد مزمن به صورت تصادفي به سه گروه تقسيم شدند. گروه اول (مداخله1)، تمرينات ثباتي و گروه دوم (مداخله2)، تکنيک انرژي عضلاني را دريافت نمودند. گروه هاي مداخله، به مدت 6 هفته و هر هفته 4 جلسه پروتکل مربوط به خود را دريافت کردند و گروه کنترل فقط رهنمودهاي مربوط به اصلاح پوسچر در خانه را دريافت کردند . درد بر اساس مقياس بصري درد، ناتواني بوسيله پرسشنامه شاخص ناتواني گردن و دامنه حرکتي گردن بوسيله شيب سنج، قبل و 48 ساعت بعد از درمان ارزيابي شد. ملاحضات اخلاقي مطالعه طبق اعلاميه هلسينکي انجام شد. روش هاي آماري مورد استفاده شامل آزمون تحليل واريانس با اندازهگيري مکرر بود.
نتايج: اختلاف معنيداري در مقياس شدت درد، ناتواني و دامنه حرکتي گردن بعد از مداخلات تمريني در دو گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل مشاهده شد (0/005≥P). همچنين در مقايسه دو گروه مداخله پس از درمان، در متغير شدت درد، ناتواني و همچنين دامنه حرکتي گردن اختلاف معنيداري مشاهده گرديد (0/005≥P)، به طوري که در گروه تمرينات ثباتي نسبت به تکنيک انرژي عضلاني بهبود بيشتري حاصل شد.
نتيجهگيري: نتايج مطالعه حاضر نشان ميدهد که در افراد مبتلا به گردن درد مزمن، با وجود اينکه هر دو روش تمرينات ثباتي و تکنيک انرژي عضله، در بهبود درد، ناتواني و دامنه حرکتي گردن مؤثر بودهاند، ولي بيماران در گروه تمرينات ثباتي بهبودي بيشتري داشتهاند.
