آسيبشناسي رفتارهاي ناايمن و بررسي ارتباط آنها با ويژگيهاي شخصيتي و کانون کنترل در کارکنان پروژههاي اجرايي شرکت گاز استان خوزستان

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: اکثر پژوهشها نشان دادهاند که عامل اصلي اغلب حوادث در محيط کار، رفتارهاي ناايمن کارکنان ميباشد. هدف از انجام مطالعهي حاضر، آسيبشناسي رفتارهاي ناايمن و بررسي ارتباط آنها با ويژگيهاي شخصيتي و کانون کنترل در ميان کارکنان شرکت گاز استان خوزستان بود.
روش بررسي: نمونهي پژوهش 147 نفر از کارکنان پروژههاي اجرايي بود که با استفاده از نمونهگيري تصادفي طبقهاي انتخاب شدند. براي آسيبشناسي رفتارهاي ناايمن از روش مقطعي استفاده شد که شامل بررسي گزارشهاي حوادث و شبهحوادث بود و براي بررسي همبستگي، از پرسشنامههاي استاندارد و براي تجزيهوتحليل دادهها از نرمافزار SPSS نسخهي 16 استفاده شد.
يافتهها: نتايج مطالعهي مقطعي نشان داد که بيشترين تعداد حوادث و شبهحوادث ناشي از اعمال ناايمن است. يافتههاي ضريب همبستگي پيرسون نشان داد که روانرنجورخويي و کانون کنترل بيروني با رفتارهاي ناايمن رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارند و برونگرايي، انعطافپذيري، وجداني بودن، توافق جويي و کانون کنترل دروني با رفتارهاي ناايمن رابطه منفي و معنادار دارند (01/ 0>p). تحليل رگرسيون گامبهگام نشان داد که به ترتيب روانرنجورخويي و کانون کنترل دروني، مهمترين پيشبين رفتارهاي ناايمن ميباشند.
نتيجهگيري: رفتارهاي ناايمن عامل اصلي اکثر حوادث و شبهحوادث است و روانرنجورخويي، تأثيرگذارترين پيشبين اين نوع رفتارها ميباشد. لذا توصيه ميشود که بهطور منظم علل بروز رفتارهاي ناايمن شناسايي شود و اقدامات لازم جهت حذف يا کاهش آنها انجام گيرد.
