بررسي متغيرهاي انساني و سازماني بهعنوان پيشبينهاي آگاهي از موقعيت کاري در ميان کارکنان عملياتي شرکت خودروسازي پارسخودرو

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر بهمنظور بررسي متغيرهاي انساني و سازماني بهعنوان پيشبينهاي آگاهي از موقعيت کاري در ميان کارکنان انجام شد. فرض بر اين بود که متغيرهاي انساني (خستگي، خوابآلودگي، استرس شغلي، سرنوشت گرايي، ويژگيهاي شخصيتي و نارساييهاي شناختي) و متغيرهاي سازماني (گران باري شغلي، جوّ ايمني و تعارضهاي بين فردي در کار) ميتوانند بهعنوان متغيرهاي پيشبين، کارکنان با آگاهي از موقعيت کاري پايين و بالا را از همديگر تفکيک نمايند.
روش بررسي: پژوهش حاضر يک مطالعه مقطعي مي باشد. از بين کليه کارکنان عملياتي شاغل در شرکت خودروسازي پارسخودرو که در سال 1394 مشغول فعاليت بودند تعداد 200 نفر با استفاده روش نمونهگيري طبقهاي بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند که از اين تعداد 154 پرسشنامه تکميلشده از بين کارکنان جمعآوري شد. در ابتدا شرکتکنندگان با استفاده از مقياس آگاهي از موقعيت کاري، به دو گروه (کارکنان با آگاهي از موقعيت کاري پايين و بالا) تقسيم شدند. سپس هر گروه با استفاده از ساير پرسشنامهها موردسنجش قرار گرفتند. در اين پژوهش براي تحليل دادهها از روش همبستگي پيرسون و تحليل مميز استفاده شد.
يافته ها: يافتههاي حاصل از كاربرد معادله مميز، فرضيه پژوهش را تأييد كرد. بهبيانديگر، ميتوان از روي ويژگيهاي انساني و سازماني آگاهي از موقعيت کاري را در ميان کارکنان پيشبيني شوند. همچنين نتايج پژوهش حاضر اهميت خوابآلودگي، استرس شغلي، ويژگيهاي شخصيتي (روان رنجور خويي، برونگرايي، توافق جويي و وجداني بودن)، نارساييهاي شناختي و جوّ ايمني را بهعنوان پيشبينهاي آگاهي از موقعيت کاري نشان داد.
نتيجهگيري: با توجه به اهميت متغيرهاي انساني و سازماني در پيش بيني آگاهي از موقعيت کاري، پيشنهاد ميشود در گزينش و آموزش کارکنان براي بهکارگماري آنها در مناطق عملياتي و پرخطر بر اين متغيرها تأکيد شود.
