چکیده
سابقه و هدف:تصادفات جادهاي بهعنوان يکي از مهمترين علل مرگ و ناتواني است. سالانه بين 20 تا 50 ميليون نفر در سرتاسر جهان از صدمات غير کشنده رنج ميبرند. صدمات و ناتوانيها، زندگي آينده فرد را تحت تأثير قرار داده و از کيفيت آن ميکاهند. هدف اين مطالعه برآورد وضعيت ناتواني عملکردي بعد از تصادفات جادهاي در مصدومان مرکز آموزشي درماني شهدا تبريز در ششماهه اول 1393 بود.
روش بررسي: مطالعه حاضر يک مطالعه توصيفي– مقطعي بود. اين مطالعه بر روي 828 نفر مصدوم بستري به دنبال تصادفات جادهاي در بيمارستان شهدا و بعد از اتمام دوره بستري و شروع دريافت خدمات توانبخشي انجام شد. ابزار جمعآوري داده چکليست استانداردي بود که روايي و پايايي آن تأييد شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون مجذور کاي در نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 21 مورد تجزيهوتحليل قرار گرفت.
يافتهها: تصادفات جادهاي دومين علت مراجعه بيماران به بيمارستان بود. در حدود 83.7 درصد از مصدومين مرد بودند و 13.8 درصد از مصدومين در گروه سني 30-21 سال قرار داشتند. بيشترين آسيب وارده مربوط به شکستگي اندام تحتاني با 53.1 درصد بود. بيشتر مصدومين (96.2 درصد) بر اساس شاخص بارتل داراي وابستگي متوسط به پايين در انجام فعاليتهاي روزانه بودند.
نتيجهگيري: صدمات و ناتوانيهاي ناشي از تصادفات جادهاي بيشتر متوجه مردان جواني ميشود که گروههاي مولد جامعه ناميده ميشوند. اطلاعات ناتواني عملکردي ناشي از تصادفات جادهاي ميتواند براي تحليل، پايش و ارزيابي پيامد تصادفات استفاده شود و پيشبيني کننده خوبي براي مراقبتهاي درماني و توانبخشي و مديريت منابع براي مصدومين باشد .
