بررسی ارتباط شاخص نمره استرین گرمایی با پارامترهای فیزیولوژیکی بدن کارگران در یک معدن روباز

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: افرادي که در معادن روباز مشغول به کار هستند، غالباً در فصول گرم سال در معرض استرس گرمايي شديد قرار دارند. هدف اين مطالعه بررسي شاخص نمره استرين گرمايي و تعيين ارتباط آن با پارامترهاي فيزيولوژيکي بدن کارگران يک معدن روباز بود.
روش بررسي: اين مطالعه توصيفي بر روي120 مرد سالم سازش يافته شاغل در يک معدن روباز در تابستان 1393 در خراسان رضوي انجام گرفت. دماي تمپان و دماي پوست با استفاده از دستگاه ترمومتر ديجيتالي مدل FT70 ساخت شرکت بئورر کشور آلمان اندازهگيري شد. ضربان قلب و فشارخون با استفاده از دستگاه ديجيتال Emsig (مدل BO26) ساخت کشور تايوان اندازهگيري شد. کليه متغيرهاي محيطي بهطور همزمان با پارامترهاي فيزيولوژيکي اندازهگيري و ثبت شدند. پرسشنامه شاخص نمره استرين گرمايي نيز تکميل گرديد. براي تجزيهوتحليل آماري از آزمونهاي همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون خطي استفاده شد.
يافتهها: مطابق شاخص نمره استرين گرمايي، 7/6 درصد افراد فاقد استرين گرمايي، 50 درصد افراد احتمالاً داراي استرين گرمايي و 3/43 درصد افراد داراي استرين گرمايي بودند. بين شاخص نمره استرين گرمايي با هرکدام از پارامترهاي فيزيولوژيکي شامل: دماي تمپان، دماي پوست، ضربان قلب، فشار سيستوليک و دياستوليک ارتباط معنيداري وجود داشت (P<0/01) ولي همبستگي بالايي نشان نداد که اين مقدار براي ضربان قلب بيشترين بود (450/0=r).
نتيجهگيري: درصد بالايي از کارگران در معرض خطر استرين گرمايي قرار داشتند و بيشترين نمره شاخص استرين گرمايي مربوط به واحد حفاري بود. به نظر ميرسد بتوان از شاخص نمره استرين گرمايي در ارزيابي استرين گرمايي چنين محيطهاي کاري استفاده کرد.
