میراث تصویری مقیاسمحور در آثار پیشگامان تاریخ جراحی مدرن: مطالعه موردی الزهراوی و پاره

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تاریخ تصویری جراحی در نسخ کهن با قدمت چندین هزار ساله منعکسکننده تکامل توأمان هنر و پزشکی است. برخی جزئیات مانند ساختار، مقیاس، اجزا و کارکرد صرفاً از طریق تصویر قابل انتقال بوده و تصویرسازی علمی همواره اطلاعات دقیق و گویایی به دست داده است. به گفته بسیاری از مورخان، ابوالقاسم خلف بن عباس الزهراوی (قرن چهارم ق./ دهم م.) یکی از بزرگترین پزشکان جهان اسلام و از پیشگامان تاریخ جراحی مدرن در رساله ارزشمند خود با عنوان «التصریف لمن عجز عنالتألیف» (اولین دایرةالمعارف مصور پزشکی)، بر ناتوانی نوشتار در برابر تصویر در انتقال دقیق مفاهیم، ابزارها و اطلاعات مقیاسمحور و شکلگرایانه علومِ مختلف از جمله علم پزشکی تأکید کرده است. 600 سال بعد از وی، آمبروز پاره، پزشک نظامی فرانسوی و از اعضای انجمن جراح ـ آرایشگران پاریس نیز تکنیکهای خلاقانهای در ابزار و روشهای درمانی ابداع کرد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی و مطالعه میراث تصویری مقیاسمحور تصویرسازی پزشکی در رسالههای الزهراوی و پاره در انتقال دانش و تکنیکهای جراحی است.
روش: در این تحقیق توصیفی ـ تحلیلی برای جمعآوری دادهها، از روش نمونهگیری لایهای و هدفمند استفاده شده است.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در پژوهش حاضر اصول اخلاق پژوهش شامل اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری در استنادها به دقت رعایت شده است. تمامی مستندات با ذکر دقیق مراجع و رعایت حقوق مؤلفان ارائه گردیده است.
یافتهها: با توجه به دستاوردهای بیبدیل الزهراوی و پاره در طراحی ادوات ابداعی جراحی، بدعتگذاری، مستندسازی و آموزش علم تشریح و تکنیکهای جراحی مدرن، مىتوان گفت که مهندسى پزشکى و پزشکی قانونی امروز مديون مساعی و نبوغ ایشان است.
نتیجهگیری: دستاوردها و تأثیرگذاری هر دو جراح فوق در طراحی ابزار جراحی، اندامهای مصنوعی، داروشناسی، دندانپزشکی و روشهای نوین درمانی به واسطه نوشتهها و تصویرسازیهای علمی در تألیفات مهم ایشان و میراث برگرفته از آن، نقش مسلم و غیر قابلجایگزینی هنر را در انتقال مفاهیم علم پزشکی نشان میدهد.
