مطالعه آسیبهای اخلاقی، اجتماعی و روانشناختی توسعهنیافتگی در شهر زنجان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: توسعهنیافتگی پدیدهای چندبعدی است که پیامدهای آن فراتر از حوزههای اقتصادی و کالبدی، ابعاد اخلاقی، اجتماعی و روانشناختی جامعه را دربر میگیرد. پژوهش حاضر با تمرکز بر شهر زنجان، به بررسی آسیبهای ناشی از توسعهنیافتگی در سه سطح اخلاقی، اجتماعی و روانشناختی میپردازد.
روش: روش تحقیق بهکاررفته در این پژوهش، کیفی بوده و از تکنیک مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته برای جمعآوری اطلاعات پژوهش استفاده شده است. مشارکتکنندگان پژوهش را خبرگان و مطلعان کلیدی (اساتید دانشگاه در رشتههای جامعهشناسی، روانشناسی، اقتصاد، حقوق، و کارشناسان سازمانهای فراجا، بهزیستی، استانداری) در شهر زنجان تشکیل دادهاند که با 25 نفر از آنها مصاحبه صورت گرفته است. برای انتخاب مشارکتکنندگان از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند با حداکثر تنوع استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی بهره گرفته شده است.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: مصاحبهها با اطلاع و رضایت کامل مشارکتکنندگان صورت گرفت و اطلاعات شخصی آنها در تمام مراحل پژوهش محرمانه ماند و مصاحبهها به شکل ناشناس تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: گسترش فساد اداری و مالی، تضعیف اخلاق و فرهنگ تلاش، کاهش احترام به قانون و دوگانگی اخلاقی، در کنار افزایش شکاف نسلی، تنگناهای خانوادگی، گسترش سکونتگاههای غیررسمی و فرسایش سرمایه اجتماعی، موجب تضعیف انسجام اجتماعی شدهاند. از سوی دیگر، بروز افسردگی و یأس جمعی، احساس درماندگی آموختهشده، اضطراب نسبت به آینده، احساس بیهویتی و محرومیت نسبی، سلامت روان فردی و جمعی شهروندان را با چالش جدی مواجه کرده است.
نتیجهگیری: توسعهنیافتگی در زنجان چرخهای معیوب از فرسایش اخلاقی، بیاعتمادی اجتماعی و آسیبهای روانشناختی ایجاد کرده است که خود به بازتولید عقبماندگی منجر میشود. ازاینرو، دستیابی به توسعه پایدار در این شهر مستلزم اتخاذ رویکردی جامع است که علاوه بر اصلاحات اقتصادی و نهادی، به بازسازی سرمایه اجتماعی، تقویت اخلاق عمومی و ارتقای سلامت روان شهروندان توجه ویژه داشته باشد.
