تدوین و ارزیابی شاخصهای سیاستگذاری و قوانین گردشگری پزشکی در ایران (یک مطالعه کیفی و کمی)

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: صنعت گردشگری پزشکی جهان سالانه حدود 20% افزایش درآمد دارد و سرمایهگذاری در این بخش علاوه بر اینکه یک روش افزایش درآمد است، سبب بهبود خدمات، ایجاد تعادل مطلوب تجارت و به طور کلی افزایش گردشگری نیز هست. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تدوین و ارزیابی شاخصهای سیاستگذاری و قوانین گردشگری پزشکی ایران در جهت گسترش دهکدههای سلامت است.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه ترکیبی از روشهای کیفی و کمی استفاده شد. در مرحله اول تحلیل محتوا به مثابه استراتژی تحقیق انتخاب و از نرمافزار 18 MAXQDA برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها بهره گرفته شد، سپس دادههای گردآوریشده در قالب پرسشنامه و مصاحبه در اختیار خبرگان قرار گرفت و به نهاییشدن شاخصها منجر شد؛ در مرحله دوم به ارزیابی کمی شاخصهای تعیینشده با استفاده از تکنیکهای تصمیمگیری چند شاخصه پرداخته شد.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که به ترتیب شاخصهای قوانین مربوط به بیمههای درمانی، قوانین مربوط به خطاهای پزشکی، سیاستهای تبلیغاتی، قوانین مورد نیاز و جدید، سیاستهای حمایتی مهمترین شاخصهای حوزه قوانین و سیاستگذاری در راستای توسعه گردشگری پزشکی و با رویکرد گسترش دهکدههای سلامت هستند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این پژوهش ملاحظات اخلاقی نظیر صلاحیت و تخصص جامعه آماری رعایت شد.
نتیجهگیری: این پژوهش لزوم توجه مسؤولان امر را در تدوین، طراحی و پیادهسازی استراتژیهای بلندمدت و کوتاهمدت متناسب با شاخصهای مطرحشده به صورت یکپارچه و با تأکید بر الویتبندی انجامشده برای نظام سلامت و در جهت ارتقای گردشگری پزشکی میطلبد.
