تاثیر عدالت سازمانی بر معنیداری شغلی و هویت سازمانی با آزمون نقش میانجی مسؤولیت اجتماعی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: عدالت سازمانی یکی از مهمترین مسائل اخلاقی و رهبری اخلاقی در سازمانها است. از این رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط عدالت سازمانی بر معنیداری شغلی و هویت سازمانی از طریق متغیر میانجی مسؤولیت اجتماعی در بین کادر درمان بیمارستان انجام گرفته است.
مواد و روشها: روش این پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است و جامعه آماری از کارکنان شاغل در بیمارستان امام رضا (ع) ارومیه تشکیل میشود که از میان 350 کارمند، 186 نفر به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامههای استاندارد عدالت سازمانی Li و Cropanzan، معنیداری شغلی Michel، Stegmaier و Sonntag، مسؤولیت اجتماعی سازمانها Tuker و هویت سازمانی Meal و Ashforth استفاده گردید. تحلیل دادهها از طریق همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر با کمک نرمافزار SPSS 25 و Lisrel 8/8 انجام شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: رضایت شفاهی مشارکتکنندگان، اخذ و درباره محرمانهبودن اطلاعات به آنها اطمینان خاطر داده شد.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشاندهنده همبستگی میان متغیرها بوده و تبیین میدارد که بین عدالت سازمانی و مسؤولیت اجتماعی (57/0=β)، عدالت سازمانی و هویت سازمانی (28/0=β) و همچنین عدالت سازمانی و معنیداری شغلی (21/0=β) رابطه مثبت وجود دارد. بررسیها نقش میانجی مسؤولیت اجتماعی در رابطه بین عدالت سازمانی با هویت سازمانی و معنیداری شغلی را تأیید کرد. همچنین رابطه مستقیم بین عدالت سازمانی با معنیداری شغلی و هویت سازمانی مشاهده شد.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد که توجه به عدالت سازمانی و مسؤولیت اجتماعی باعث ارتقای هویت سازمانی و معنادارشدن شغل در بین کادر درمان میشود.
