منشور اخلاقی اشتغال معلولان جسمی - حرکتی در سازمان: طراحی بر مبنای سنتز مطالعاتی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: معلولیت و معلولان بخش قابل توجه و در عین حال مغفول جامعه کنونی هستند که فرصتهای شغلی و اشتغال میتواند به بروز و نمود پتانسیلهای فردی و اجتماعی ایشان کمک کند. در این میان معلولان جسمی ـ حرکتی بزرگترین بخش از جامعه معلولان را تشکیل میدهند. توجه به مؤلفههای اخلاقی اشتغال معلولان ازجمله مهمترین مسائل در سازمانهای امروزی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مؤلفههای منشور اخلاقی اشتغال معلولان در سازمان انجام گرفته است.
روش: رویکرد این پژوهش از نوع کیفی و روش سنتز پژوهی است. قلمرو پژوهش کلیه مقالاتی است، که در فاصله دهه اخیر در مورد اخلاق در اشتغال معلولان و زمینههای مرتبط در پایگاههای تخصصی و علمی ارائه شدهاند. نمونه پژوهش 25 مقاله است که این تعداد براساس پایش موضوعی، اشباع نظری دادهها و به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدهاند. دادههای پژوهش از تحلیل کیفی اسناد مورد مطالعه، گردآوری شدهاند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در نگارش مقاله جنبههای اخلاقی شامل حفظ اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: با تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، شاخصها و مؤلفههای منشور اخلاقی اشتغال معلولان جسمی ـ حرکتی در سازمان در چهار بُعد، 13 محور و 56 مقوله شامل مؤلفههای اخلاق فردی (مشتمل بر ویژگیهای درون فردی معلولان در محیط کار، ویژگیهای برون فردی معلولان در محیط کار)؛ اخلاق حرفهای (مشتمل بر مسئولیتپذیری حرفهای، مشارکتپذیری شغلی، اخلاقمداری در محیط شغلی)؛ اخلاق قانونی (مشتمل بر رعایت قوانین اشتغال حمایتشده معلولان در سازمان، تطبیق قوانین فرادستی با اشتغال معلولان، استفاده صحیح از اختیارات قانونی)، مؤلفههای اخلاق سازمانی (توانبخشی سازمانی معلولان، متناسبسازی محیط سازمانی، توجه به ارزشهای درونسازمانی، توجه به ارزشهای برونسازمانی) مورد سازماندهی قرار گرفت.
نتیجهگیری: جهت ایجاد منشور اخلاقی اشتغال معلولان جسمی حرکتی در سازمان باید مؤلفههای اخلاق فردی، اخلاق حرفهای، اخلاق سازمانی و مؤلفههای اخلاقی در قوانین سازمانی، مورد نظر قرار بگیرد.
