نقشهنگاري علمي مطالعات حوزه خريد و مصرف اخلاقي: روندهاي تکاملي و موضوعات پيش رو در ربع قرن اخير

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: در سالهاي اخير، تلاشهاي فراوان علمی براي درک مفهوم مصرف اخلاقي و پيشايندها و پسايندهاي آن صورت گرفته است. ازاينرو، مرور کامل اين حوزة تحقيقاتي مهم و ضروري به نظر ميرسد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مرور سيستماتيک پژوهشهاي حوزة خريد و مصرف اخلاقي و تحليل روندهاي تحقيقات فعلي و کشف موضوعات تحقيقاتي نوظهور آتي انجام شد.
روش: در این مطالعه مرور سيستماتيک و تحليل کتابشناختي پژوهشهاي حوزة خريد و مصرف اخلاقي طي سالهاي 2000 تا 2024 انجام شده است. به این منظور، پس از تدوین استراتژي جستجو و معيارهاي ورود و خروج مستندات، از دو پايگاه اصلي معتبر نمايهسازي انتشارات علمي (WOS و Scopus) برای جمعآوری و از بسته نرمافزاري Bibliometrix و VOSviewer برای تحليل و مصوّرسازي دادهها استفاده شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تدوین این مقاله اصول اخلاقی شامل صداقت، امانتداری و اصالت متون رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: در مجموع 1136 مقالة پژوهشي مرتبط و متمایز در حوزه خريد و مصرف اخلاقي بازيابي شد. روند رشد سالانه پژوهشهاي اين حوزه تا پايان سال 2024 برابر 16/9 است که حاکي از استقبال فزاينده پژوهشگران از اين موضوع است. نتايج حاصل از تحلیل نقشه موضوعي و تحليل واژههای کلیدی تحقیقات این حوزه حاکی از آن است که اگرچه مفهوم مصرف اخلاقی تعاریف متعددی را شامل میشود اما تأکید بسیاری از پژوهشها بر تجارتِ منصفانه با تأکید بر حقوق همه موجودات زنده (شامل انسانها حیوانات و کره زمین) است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که گسترش مفهوم مصرف اخلاقی بیشتر در صنعت مُد (با تأکید بر مُدِ اخلاقی و مُدِ پایدار) و صنایع غذایی (با تأکید بر غذای ارگانیک، گیاهی و محلی) است.
نتیجهگیری: تکرار مضامینی از قبیل «پایداری»، «توسعه پایدار»، «مصرف پایدار»، «مصرف سبز»، «نگرش زيست محيطي»، «صرفجویی»، «ضدِ مصرف»، «مُد پایدار» و «بازاریابی سبز»، در مطالعات بازیابی شده حاکی از آن است که هدف اصلی مصرف اخلاقی پایداری وحفظ محیط زیست است و این رویکرد راهبردی برای شکلگيري يک اقتصاد مسئوليتپذير و پايدار محسوب میشود.
