مطالعه کیفی عوامل موثر بر توسعه اخلاق حرفهای دانشجویان دبیری آموزش زبان انگلیسی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اخلاق حرفهای یکی از مهمترین ویژگیهای معلمان و دانشجومعلمان به شمار میرود و بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر آن امری ضروری است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه اخلاق حرفهای دانشجویان دبیری آموزش زبان انگلیسی انجام گرفت.
روش: روش پژوهش کیفی بود و از آنجایی که هدف، بررسی ادراک دانشجومعلمان از عوامل مؤثر بر اخلاق حرفهای بود، از روش پدیدارشناسی استفاده شد. مشارکتکنندگان این پژوهش 18 نفر (10دختر و 8پسر) از این دانشجومعلمان در سال تحصیلی 1399-1398 بودند که به شیوه نمونهگیری هدفمند از نوع معیار (کسب نمره بالا در درس اخلاق حرفهای) انتخاب شدند و نمونهگیری تا اشباع نظری دادهها ادامه یافت. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته بود که از طریق تعیین وقت قبلی انجام گرفت. دادههای به دست آمده به روش کلایزی تجزیهوتحلیل شد و با استفاده از ملاکهای چهارگانه گوبا و لینکلن، نتایج مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در انجام پژوهش، اصول اخلاق در پژوهش مانند امانتداری و گزارش دقیق دادهها رعایت شد. پژوهش حاضر مستخرج از رساله دکتری نویسنده اول با کد 15932/32/د بود.
یافتهها: یافتههای به دست آمده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با دانشجومعلمان دبیری زبان انگلیسی، در قالب پنج مضمون «آموزش مداوم و خودآگاهی»، «تعهد به یادگیری و تدریس»، «اخلاق و رفتار حرفهای»، «مسئولیتپذیری و پاسخگویی» و «فرهنگسازی و ارزشهای اجتماعی» دستهبندی شد.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتهها، علاوه بر دورههای کارورزی دانشجومعلمان زبان انگلیسی، توجه به آموزش مداوم و خودآگاهی آنان در قالب کارگاههای آموزشی، برگزاری دورههای تعهد و اخلاق حرفهای بهوسیله معلمان زبان دارای سابقه خدمت و برگزاری دورههای ضمن خدمت دانشجویی باهدف بهبود مسئولیتپذیری و فرهنگسازی، مهم و ضروری است.
