بررسی نقش هوش معنوی و اخلاق کار اسلامی در پیشبینی سازگاری شغلی معلمان ابتدایی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: آموزش و پرورش به منظور تحقق اهداف خود، یعنی تعلیم و تربیت انسانها نیازمند برخورداری از معلمان تلاشگر، دلسوز و متعهد و با سازگاری شغلی بالا و دارای سلامت روان است. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش هوش معنوی و اخلاق کار اسلامی در پیشبینی سازگاری شغلی معلمان ابتدایی انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش، تمامی معلمان مرد دوره دوم ابتدایی ناحیه یک بهارستان در سال تحصیلی 02-1401 بودند که بر اساس جدول Krejcie & Morgan (1971 م.) 300 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامههای هوش معنوی فرهوش و همکاران (1398 ش.)، اخلاق کار اسلامی Ali (1988 م.) و سازگاری شغلی پورکبیریان (1386 ش.) بود. در تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار SPSS 22 و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: پس از توضیح درباره اهداف مطالعه و اطمینانبخشی به شرکتکنندگان درباره محرمانگی اطلاعات و رضایت شفاهی آنان، پرسشنامهها بین شرکتکنندگان توزیع گردید.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد رابطه بین هوش معنوی و اخلاق کار اسلامی با سازگاری شغلی مثبت و معنیدار است (01/0>p) و مؤلفههای هوش معنوی 39 درصد و اخلاق کار اسلامی 6/22 درصد از واریانس سازگاری شغلی را تبیین میکنند.
نتیجهگیری: ارتقای هوش معنوی و نهادینهکردن اخلاق کار اسلامی در محیطهای آموزشی، زمینه مناسب بهبود عملکرد شغلی را فراهم میآورد که در نهایت سازگاری شغلی معلمان را به دنبال خواهد داشت.
