اثربخشی آموزش هوش اخلاقی بر رشد اجتماعی و سلامت روانشناختی دانشآموزان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: آینده هر جامعه به رشد اجتماعی و سلامت دانشآموزان آن وابسته است و جامعهای پایدار خواهد ماند که در حفظ، نگهداری و تربیت کودکانش موفق عمل نماید، بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش هوش اخلاقی بر رشد اجتماعی و سلامت روانشناختی دانشآموزان انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون ـ پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشآموزان دختر پایه ششم ناحیه یک کرج در سال تحصیلی 02-1401 بودند که 30 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه 15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه رشد اجتماعی وایتمن (Whitman) (1990 م.) و مقیاس سلامت روانشناختی سازمان جهانی بهداشت (2000 م.) بودند. گروه آزمایش آموزش مؤلفههای هوش اخلاقی را در هشت جلسه 60 دقیقهای در هفتهای یک بار دریافت کردند، اما گروه گواه نیز مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. جهت تحلیل دادهها از میانگین و انحراف معیار و روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره با کمک نرمافزار SPSS 24 استفاده شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این پژوهش حفظ اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده و مشارکتکنندگان با آگاهی از اهداف پژوهش به پرسشنامهها پاسخ دادند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که با کنترل اثر پیشآزمون بین میانگین رشد اجتماعی و سلامت روانشناختی پسآزمون گروه آزمایش و گواه تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (01/0>P).
نتیجهگیری: آموزش هوش اخلاقی در افزایش رشد اجتماعی و سلامت روانشناختی دانشآموزان اثربخش بوده و میتواند قابل کاربست توسط روانشناسان و مشاوران مدارس باشد.
