بررسی نقش سواد سلامت و هوش اخلاقی در بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: امروزه، یکی از آشکارترین مسائلی که ذهن برنامهریزان نظام آموزشی و سلامت را مشغول میکند، مسأله ارتقای بهزیستی روانشناختی و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در آن است. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش سواد سلامت و هوش اخلاقی در بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان دختر مشغول به تحصیل در دانشکده روانشناسی و علوم تربیتی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد بیرجند در سال تحصیلی 02-1401 بودند که با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس تعداد 196 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامههای سواد سلامت علی منتظری و همکاران (1393 ش.)، هوش اخلاقی لنیک و کیل (2007 م.) و بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (1989 م.) بود. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 24 و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: این پژوهش با رعایت اصول اخلاقی هلسینگی و رضایت آگاهانه افراد انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد همبستگی بین هوش اخلاقی (630/0=r) و سواد سلامت (683/0=r) با بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان مثبت و معنیدار است (01/0>p). همچنین متغیر سواد سلامت ۱/۴۶ درصد و هوش اخلاقی ۷/۳۸ درصد توانایی پیشبینی تغییرات بهزیستی روانشناختی را داشت.
نتیجهگیری: تمرکز بر بهبود بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان از طریق افزایش سواد سلامت و به تبع آن هوش اخلاقی آنان برای دستیابی به دستاوردهای مناسبتر، امری حائز اهمیت و بایسته توجه است.
