بررسی نقش هوش اخلاقی و تحمل پریشانی در پیشبینی تابآوری دانشجویان در ایام کرونا

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بررسی عوامل مؤثر در ارتقای تابآوری یکی از اهداف روانشناسی مثبت است. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش هوش اخلاقی و تحمل پریشانی در پیشبینی تابآوری دانشجویان در ایام کرونا بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان پسر دانشگاه فرهنگیان پردیس شهید باهنر بیرجند در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بودند، 260 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس که داوطلب مشارکت در پژوهش بودند، انتخاب و به صورت اینترنتی به پرسشنامه هوش اخلاقی لنیک و كیل (2007)، تحمل پریشانی سیمون و گاهر (2005 م.) و تابآوری کونور و دیویدسون (2003 م.) پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با نرمافزار SPSS 24 استفاده شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: این پژوهش با رعایت اصول اخلاقی هلسینگی، رضایت آگاهانه و تأییدیه کد اخلاق انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد همبستگی مستقیم و معنیداری بین تحمل پریشانی (611/0-=r) و هوش اخلاقی (613/0-=r) با تابآوری وجود داشت (01/0>P)، همچنین نتایج نشان داد تحمل پریشانی (6/37 درصد) و هوش اخلاقی (1/45 درصد) واریانس تابآوری را پیشبینی میکنند.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، با افزایش تحمل پریشانی و ارتقای هوش اخلاقی و ابعاد آنها، میتوان تابآوری دانشجویان را در دوران کرونا افزایش داد. بنابراین در برنامههای مبتنی بر ارتقای سلامت، توجه بیشتر به تحمل پریشانی، هوش اخلاقی و ارتقای آن در دانشجویان ضروری به نظر میرسد.
