شناسایی مؤلفههای رهبری نوآورانه با تأکید بر اخلاقمداری در سازمانهای آموزشی: مطالعه فراترکیب

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: امروزه سازمانها به خصوص سازمانهای آموزشی برای مواجهه با تغییرات محیطی به رهبرانی نیاز دارند که با ارائه راهکارهای بدیع و نوآورانه سازمان را از خطرات و ابهامات محیطی نجات دهد. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مؤلفههای رهبری نوآورانه با تأکید بر اخلاقمداری در سازمانهای آموزشی با مطالعه فراترکیب انجام شد.
روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به روش کیفی فراترکیب انجام شده است. جامعه آماری، کلیه مطالعات انجامشده در بازه زمانی 1380 الی 1400 است. در این راستا 51 پژوهش در زمینه موضوع مورد نظر ارزیابی و در نهایت 26 مقاله به صورت هدفمند انتخاب گردید و با تحلیل محتوا و ترکیب ادبیات مربوط، در مجموع 114 کد و 9 مقوله کلیدی طی فرایند جستجو و ترکیب نظاممند متون شناسایی و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و اعتبار آن از طریق آزمون کاپای کوهن تأیید گردید.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تدوین این مقاله جنبههای اخلاقی شامل حفظ اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری و رضایت و اطلاعرسانی رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که مهمترین مؤلفههای رهبری نوآورانه با رویکرد اخلاقی در سازمانهای آموزشی از 9 مؤلفه کلیدی: 1ـ مدیریت مشارکتی؛ 2ـ مسئولیتپذیر؛ 3ـ تسهیلگر و حامی نوآوری؛ 4ـ ریسکپذیر؛ 5ـ اخلاقمداری؛ 6ـ توانمندسازی؛ 7ـ ویژگیهای شخصیتی؛ 8ـ انتقادپذیر؛ 9ـ انسانسازی تشکیل شده است.
نتیجهگیری: با عنایت به یافتههای پژوهش حاضر بهرهگیری از رهبری نوآورانه اخلاقی در سازمانهای آموزشی باعث افزایش بهرهوری کارکنان و همچنین منجر به شکوفایی استعدادها و خلاقیتها در سازمان میشود.
