بررسی رابطه مدیریت مشارکتی و عملکرد سازمانی با میانجیگری اخلاق حرفهای کارکنان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: مدیریت مشارکتی یکی از مهمترین رویکردهای مدیریت به شمار میآید و نظام پذیرش و بررسی پیشنهادها از سازوکارهای اساسی این روش مدیریتی است. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رابطه مدیریت مشارکتی و عملکرد سازمانی با میانجیگری اخلاق حرفهای میپردازد.
روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی بوده، داده مورد نیاز برای این پژوهش به وسیله پرسشنامههای مدیریت مشارکتی فیضی و همکاران (1385 ش.)، عملکرد سازمانی هرسی و گلداسمیت (1989 م.) و اخلاق حرفهای کادوزیر (2002 م.) جمعآوری گردیده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان ﺍدﺍﺭﻩ آﻣﻮزﺵ ﻭ ﭘﺮﻭﺭﺵ ﻧﺎﺣﻴﻪ ﯾﮏ اراک بودهاند که 128 نفر به روش سرشماری برای پاسخگویی به سؤالات انتخاب شدهاند. در این پژوهش جهت تعیین روایی از روایی صوری و محتوایی و جهت تعیین پایایی از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: مشارکتکنندگان با آگاهی از اهداف پژوهش پرسشنامهها را تکمیل کردند.
یافتهها: در این پژوهش برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش آمار استنباطی (استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری) بهره گرفته شده است که با استفاده از نرمافزار لیزرل 8/8 انجام شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داده است که مدیریت مشارکتی بر عملکرد سازمانی با میانجیگری اخلاق حرفهای کارکنان تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.
نتیجهگیری: سازمانها به واسطه نهادینهساختن سیستم مدیریت مشارکتی و تقویت اخلاق حرفهای میتوانند زمینه بهبود عملکرد سازمانی را فراهم آورند.
