تأثیر اخلاق حرفهای بر مسؤولیتپذیری اجتماعی با نقش میانجی جامعهپذیری سازمانی در میان کارکنان دانشگاه ارومیه

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: امروزه با توجه به پیچیدگی و رقابتیبودن محیط کار، سازمانی موفق است که نیروی کار متعهدتر و مسؤولیتپذیرتری داشته باشد. در سازمانها عواملی وجود دارد که باعث پاسخگویی بیشتر کارکنان در برابر وظیفهشان میشود که به این پدیده مسؤولیتپذیری اجتماعی میگویند. با توجه به اهمیت مسؤولیتپذیری اجتماعی به عنوان یک متغیر بسیار مهم در سازمانها، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر اخلاق حرفهای بر مسؤولیتپذیری اجتماعی کارکنان با نقش میانجی جامعهپذیری سازمانی انجام گرفته است.
مواد و روشها: این تحقیق از حیث هدف کاربردی و از حیث روش اجرا توصیفی ـ پیماشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه ارومیه به تعداد 600 نفر تشکیل داده که از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای و با استفاده از جدول مورگان 234 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمعآوری دادههای آماری از پرسشنامههای اخلاق حرفهای کادوزیر (2003 م.)، مسؤولیتپذیری اجتماعی کارول (2000 م.) و جامعهپذیری سازمانی تائورمینا (2009 م.) استفاده شده است. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS 16 و روشهای میانگین، انحراف استاندارد، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، چولگی و کشیدگی و نرمافزار LISREL 8.80 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل دادهها نشان داد اخلاق حرفهای به میزان 41/0 بر مسؤولیتپذیری اجتماعی و به میزان 90/0 بر جامعهپذیری سازمانی اثر مستقیم دارد (01/0≥p). همچنین جامعهپذیری سازمانی به میزان 46/0 بر مسؤولیتپذیری اجتماعی اثر مستقیم دارد (01/0≥p) و اثر غیر مستقیم اخلاق حرفهای بر مسؤولیتپذیری اجتماعی 41/0 به دست آمده است (01/0≥p).
ملاحظات اخلاقی: مشارکتکنندهگان پس از اطلاع از اهداف پژوهش، پرسشنامهها را تکمیل کردند.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، اخلاق حرفهای و جامعهپذیری سازمانی بر مسؤولیتپذیری اجتماعی اثر مستقیم دارند و میتوان نتیجه گرفت که اخلاق حرفهای و جامعهپذیری سازمانی از متغیرهای مهم و مرتبط با مسؤولیتپذیری اجتماعی کارکناناند.
