تأثیر منش نکوی مدیران بر اثربخشی کار تیمی با نقش میانجی اعتماد سازمانی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: علیرغم فواید متعدد و غیر قابل انکار کار تیمی، همچنان این مهم در بسیاری از سازمانها از وضعیت مناسبی برخوردار نیست. از این رو شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر اثربخشی کار تیمی حائز اهمیت میباشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر منش اخلاقی مدیران بر اثربخشی کار تیمی با نقش میانجی اعتماد سازمانی انجام گرفته است.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری مطالعه را تمامی دبیران متوسطه دوم، ناحیه دو شهر زاهدان در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 تشکیل میدادند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 265 نفر برآورد شد. نمونهگیری به شیوه تصادفی ـ طبقهای متناسب با حجم انجام شد. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از سه پرسشنامه منش اخلاقی مدیران نصر اصفهانی (1391 ش.)، اعتماد سازمانی Kanawattanachai و Yoo (2002 م.) و اثربخشی کار تیمی اقتباس از Fredman و Yarbrough (1985 م.) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون همبستگی و مدل معادلات ساختاری با کمک نرمافزارهای SPSS و لیزرل استفاده شد.
یافتهها: اثر مستقیم منش اخلاقی مدیران بر اثربخشی کار تیمی (β=0/42، t=5/61) و اعتماد سازمانی (β=0/73، t=8/26) و اثر مستقیم اعتماد سازمانی بر اثربخشی کار تیمی (β=0/56، t=6/55) معنیدار بود. اثر غیر مستقیم منش اخلاقی مدیران بر اثربخشی کار تیمی با نقش میانجی اعتماد سازمانی (β=0/408) نیز معنیدار بود.
نتیجهگیری: مدیرانی که دارای منشهای اخلاقی پایبندی به عهد، انصاف، دلسوزی، سعه صدر، در دسترسبودن و حسن خلق هستند، میتوانند اعتماد سازمانی و به تبع آن اثربخشی کار تیمی را افزایش دهند.
