تأثیر اخلاق حرفهای بر پاسخگویی سازمانی با نقش واسطهای کار تیمی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به نیازهای متنوع و در حال تغییر سازمانها و جامعه، بهرهوری و رقابت مستلزم توجه به اخلاق حرفهای، کار تیمی و پاسخگویی است. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر اخلاق حرفهای بر پاسخگویی سازمانی با نقش واسطهای کار تیمی انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه توصیفی ـ همبستگی، جامعه مورد مطالعه را کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل در سال 1397 تشکیل میدادند. بر اساس فرمول کوکران 170 نفر، با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای اخلاق حرفهای قاسمزاده (2014 م.)، کار تیمی Linchoni (2000 م.) و پاسخگویی عمومی Bovens (2005 م.) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای آماری SPSS 24 و Amos 22 انجام گرفت.
یافتهها: اخلاق حرفهای بر کار تیمی (0/62) و پاسخگویی کارکنان (0/58) اثر مستقیم و معناداری داشت. اثر مستقیم کار تیمی بر پاسخگویی کارکنان (0/43) معنادار بود. همچنین نقش واسطهای کار تیمی در تأثیر اخلاق حرفهای بر پاسخگویی (0/26) تأیید شد. در میان مؤلفههای اخلاق حرفهای، همدلی (0/95) دارای بیشترین بار عاملی و احترام به دیگران (0/43) دارای کمترین بار عاملی بود. در میان مؤلفههای کار تیمی، مؤلفه تعهد (0/85) دارای بیشترین بار عاملی و مؤلفه برخورد سازنده (0/49) دارای کمترین بار عاملی بود. از میان ابعاد پاسخگویی بعد پاسخگویی حرفهای (0/90) بیشترین بار عاملی و بعد پاسخگویی قانونی (0/57) دارای کمترین بار عاملی بود.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش، آراسته شدن به اخلاق حرفه ای می تواند زیرساخت های لازم برای وحدت و یکپارچگی کارکنان که نتیجه آن تشکیل تیم و کارهای تیمی است را فراهم کند و این دو به نوبه خود باعث افزایش حس پاسخگویی و مسئولیت پذیری کارکنان سازمان می شود.
