تأثیر امیدواری بر اخلاق حرفهای معلمان دوره ابتدایی با میانجیگری روحیه

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ارتقای اخلاق حرفهای معلمان از اهمیت ویژهای برای افزایش کارایی نظام آموزشی برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش امیدواری بر اخلاق حرفهای با میانجیگری روحیه در معلمان مقطع ابتدایی انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش توصیفی ـ همبستگی حاضر روی 197 نفر از معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر قاین در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 انجام گرفت. نمونهگیری به روش تصادفی انجام شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد: امیدواری Snyder، اخلاق حرفهای C-Petty و روحیه ساعتچی و همکاران استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 18 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: سطح امیدواری شرکتگنندگان با میانگین 0/04±5/39، اخلاق حرفهای با میانگین 0/02±4/46 و روحیه با میانگین 0/032±3/71 بالاتر از حد متوسط قرار داشت. بین مؤلفههای امیدواری و روحیه با اخلاق حرفهای معلمان ارتباط معنیداری مشاهده شد (P<0/01). امیدواری 25% از واریانس اخلاق حرفهای و 31% از تغییرات واریانس روحیه معلمان را تبیین نمود. همچنین روحیه 38% از تغییرات واریانس اخلاق حرفهای معلمان را تبیین نمود. روحیه نقش متغیر میانجی در رابطه بین اخلاق حرفهای و امیدواری داشت.
نتیجهگیری: امیدواری و روحیه سبب بهبود اخلاق حرفهای در معلمان میشود. از طرفی امیدواری زمینه ارتقای روحیه را فراهم میآورد. بنابراین میتوان با افزایش امیدواری و روحیه در سازمانهای آموزشی موجبات ارتقای اخلاق حرفهای معلمان و افزایش کارایی نظام آموزشی را فراهم آورد.
