نقش اعتماد و عدالت سازمانی بر اخلاق حرفهای معلمان مقطع ابتدایی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: آموزش زیربنای توسعه پایدار انسانی است و ابزار اصلی برای تحقق اهداف توسعه به شمار میرود. ارتقای اخلاق حرفهای معلمان از اهمیت ویژهای در سازمانهای آموزشی برخوردار است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش عدالت و اعتماد سازمانی بر اخلاق حرفهای معلمان مقطع ابتدایی انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش توصیفی ـ همبستگی حاضر روی 192 نفر از معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر قاین در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 انجام گرفت. نمونهها به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد، عدالت سازمانی Murman و Niehoff، اخلاق حرفهای C-Petty و اعتماد سازمانی Ellonen و همکاران استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 18 و آزمونهای آماری ضریب رگرسیون چندگانه و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: اعتماد سازمانی با میانگین 0/57±3/86، اخلاق حرفهای با میانگین 0/61±4/15 بالاتر از حد متوسط و عدالت سازمانی معلمان با میانگین 0/44±2/71 پایینتر از حد متوسط قرار داشت. بین مؤلفههای عدالت سازمانی و اعتماد سازمانی با اخلاق حرفهای معلمان ارتباط معنیداری مشاهده شد (P<0/01). عدالت سازمانی 33% از واریانس اخلاق حرفهای و 11% از واریانس اعتماد سازمانی معلمان را تبیین نمود. همچنین اعتماد سازمانی 18% از تغییرات واریانس اخلاق حرفهای معلمان را تبیین نمود.
نتیجهگیری: عدالت و اعتماد سازمانی سبب بهبود اخلاق حرفهای در معلمان میشود. از طرفی عدالت سازمانی زمینه ارتقای اعتماد معلمان را فراهم میآورد. بنابراین میتوان با بهبود عدالت و اعتماد سازمانهای آموزشی موجبات بهبود اخلاق حرفهای معلمان و در نتیجه بهبود کارایی نظام آموزشی را فراهم آورد.
