بررسی نقش رهبری معنوی و اخلاق کاری در کیفیت زندگی کاری پرستاران

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: کیفیت زندگی کاری یکی از متغیرهایی است که مورد توجه بسیاری از مدیران که درصدد ارتقای کیفیت منابع انسانی هستند، قرار گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر رهبری معنوی و اخلاق کار بر کیفیت زندگی کاری پرستاران انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: جامعه آماری این پژوهش توصیفی ـ همبستگی را پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای آموزشی شهر اردبیل در سال 1396 تشکیل میدادند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 260 نفر برآورد گردید. نمونهگیری به صورت تصادفی طبقهای انجام شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه استاندارد رهبری معنویFry و همکاران، اخلاق کار Gregory و کیفیت زندگی کاری پرستاری Anderson و Brooks استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 23 و آزمونهای آماری همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون تحلیل گردید.
یافتهها: بین رهبری معنوی با کیفیت زندگی کاری (0/43=p<0/01 r) و اخلاق کاری پرستاران (0/33=p<0/01 r) همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری مشاهده شد. همچنین بین اخلاق کاری با کیفیت زندگی کاری (0/39=p<0/01 r) رابطه مثبت معنیداری وجود داشت. تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که متغیرهای رهبری معنوی و اخلاق کار توانستند 29% از واریانس کیفیت زندگی کاری پرستاران را تبیین نمایند.
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها بر وجود رابطه بین رهبری معنوی، اخلاق کار با کیفیت زندگی کاری پرستاران دلالت دارد. با توجه به نتایج پیشنهاد میشود مدیران بیمارستانها به منظور بهبود کیفیت زندگی کاری پرستاران نسبت به اعمال سبک رهبری معنوی و همچنین پرورش اخلاق کاری پرستاران توجه لازم را مبذول فرمایند.
