مقایسه اثربخشی دو روش درمان گروهی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی و مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بخشش، تنظیم هیجان و صمیمیت زناشویی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: نظر به اهمیت بهبود سلامت روان زنان آسیبدیده از خیانت همسر، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمانهای گروهی مبتنی بر فنون پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) و ذهنآگاهی، بر بخشش، تنظیم هیجانی و صمیمیت زناشویی در زنان آسیبدیده از خیانت صورت پذیرفته است.
مواد و روشها: جامعه آماری این پژوهش نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون پسآزمون را زنان آسیبدیده از خیانت مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره منطقه 6 شهر تهران، در سالهای 96-1395 تشکیل میدادند. از بین آنان زنانی که تمایل به شرکت در مطالعه داشتند، به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و سپس به صورت تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش و کنترل (15 نفر در هر گروه) گمارش شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه بخشش Rye (1998 م.)، پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجانی Gross & John (2003 م.) و پرسشنامه صمیمیت زناشویی
Walker & Thompson (1983 م.) بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آمارهای توصیفی و استنباطی و نرمافزار آماری SPSS 23 استفاده شد.
یافتهها: بخشش، تنظیم هیجان و صمیمیت در زناشویی زنان آسیبدیده از روابط فرازناشویی، پس از مداخله در هر دو گروه درمانی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی و گروه درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد نسبت به گروه کنترل تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری داشت (P>0/01)، اگرچه این متغیرها در دو گروه درمانی پس از مداخله تفاوت معنیداری نداشت (P>0/05).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، به مشاوران و درمانگران خانواده توصیه میگردد تا با توجه به اهمیت بخشش، صمیمت و تنظیم هیجان در پیشگیری از خیانت و بهبود سلامت زنان آسیبدیده از خیانت، به آموزش این مهارتها به مددجویان خود اهتمام ورزند.
