مدل علی شایستگیهای اخلاقی دبیران مقطع متوسطه مورد مطالعه: شهر شیراز

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به نقش مهم اخلاق در سازمانها از جمله مراكز آموزشی و رسالت مربیان برای آموزش نسلهای بعد، این پژوهش با هدف ارائه مدل علی شایستگیهای اخلاقی در معلمان شهر شیراز انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه توصیفی ـ همبستگی، 330 نفر از معلمان مقطع متوسطه شهر شیراز در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و به روش تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای اخلاق حرفهای Gregory (1990 م.)، اخلاق حرفهای، فردی و سازمانی قهرمانی (2010 م.)، رضایت شغلی Smith (1969 م.) سبک مدیریت (1982 م.) Salzman و Anderkolk، بیگانگی سازمانی صداقتیفرد (2007 م.)، عدالت سازمانی Niehoff و Moorman (1993 م.) استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها به روش تحلیل مسیر و به وسیله نرمافزارهای SPSS و Lisrel انجام گرفت.
یافتهها: متغیرهای رضایت شغلی، عدالت سازمانی، سبک مدیریت و بیگانگی سازمانی، علاقه به کار، مشارکت در کار، پشتکار ـ جدیت، روابط سالم انسانی و عوامل فردی تأثیر معنیداری بر شایستگیهای اخلاقی دبیران داشتند (p=0/01). 38% از واریانس شایستگیهای اخلاقی توسط متغیرهای برونزای نامبرده تبیین گردیده و مدل علی شایستگیهای اخلاقی معلمان از برازش خوبی برخوردار بود.
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان داد که متغیرهای برونزا و با میانجیگری عوامل فردی بر شایستگیهای اخلاقی تأثیر مثبت و معنادار میگذارند. از آنجایی که رعایت رفتارهای اخلاقی در یک سازمان در قدم اول به میزان ارجگذاری به ارزشهای اخلاقی در سیاستهای كلی و اقدامات مدیریتی آن سازمان بستگی دارد، به مدیران مدارس توصیه میشود تا با اتخاذ تدابیر لازم زمینه مناسب برای بروز هنجارها و شایستگیهای اخلاقی را فراهم نمایند.
