بررسی اخلاق و حقوق شهروندی و ارتباط آن با گردشگری پایدار

چکیده
گردشگری و اخلاق شهروندی علوم بین رشتهای محسوب میگردند. گردشگری، علمی بین رشتهای است که جهت پایداری آن نه تنها نیازمند کاربست حوزههای مختلف علوم تجربی است، بلکه گردشگری پایدار صرفاً زمانی متحقق خواهد شد که مؤلفههای اخلاق کاربردی نیز در نظر گرفته شود. اخلاق شهروندی نیز یکی از مؤلفههای اصلی ایجاد گردشگری پایدار است. این حوزه پژوهش که زیرمجموعه اخلاق کاربردی محسوب میگردد، هر نوع کنش و واکنش جامعه انسانی را بررسی و تأثیر آن را بر فاکتورهای مهم زیست انسانی تبیین میکند. بدون به کارگیری اخلاق شهروندی هر نوع تلاش جهت تحقق گردشگری پایدار بیمعناست. مفاهیم زیادی اخلاق شهروندی و گردشگری پایدار را با هم قرین میسازد، لکن دو اصل عدالت و امنیت به عنوان چارچوب اولیه توریسم پایدار ارتباط بین اخلاق شهروندی و گردشگری پایدار را بیش از پیش نمایان میسازد. ضرورت پژوهش حاضر این است که اولاً کشور ایران یکی از پتانسیلهای مهم گردشگری تاریخی، مذهبی، فرهنگی و پزشکی در منطقه و جهان است؛ ثانیاً امروزه این صنعت یکی از منابع مهم درآمدزایی دولتها به شمار میرود و از این رهگذر کشور ما میتواند تغییر رویکردی نسبت به منبع اصلی درآمد، یعنی انرژیهای فسیلی به سمت گردشگری داشته باشد. هدف از این پژوهش تأکید بر چارچوبهای اخلاقی گردشگری پایدار با تبیین دو مفهوم عدالت و امنیت است. از نتایج این پژوهش میتوان به نقش و کارکرد الزامات اخلاقی در گردشگری پایدار اشاره نمود. این پژوهش در چارچوب اخلاق کاربردی و به صورت بین رشتهای تنظیم گشته و از روشی اسنادی تحلیلی پیروی نموده است.
