اخلاق در گردشگري سلامت

چکیده
امروزه گردشگری سلامت پدیده ای مهم و رو به رشد در جهان به شمار میرود. ایران از گذشته یکی از مراکز فعال گردشگری سلامت در منطقه خاورمیانه بوده است. در عین حال همواره نگرانیهایی پیرامون جنبههای اخلاقی گردشگری سلامت در سطح جهان وجود داشته است. در این مقاله ضمن اشاره به مباحث اخلاقی مطرح در مورد این موضوع، به بیان وضعیت اخلاقی در سه حوزه گردشگری درمانی در ایران شامل پیوند عضو، سقط جنین درمانی و فناوریهای کمک باروری پرداختهایم. برای گردآوری اطلاعات؛ پایگاههای اطلاعاتی علمی و دانشگاهیSID, Pubmed, Google Scholar, Iranmedex, Magiran ، سامانه قوانین مجلس شورای اسلامی؛ روزنامهها، مقالهها و اخبار آنلاین و صفحات وب مرتبط با موضوع گردشگریدرمانی در ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافتههای ما نشان میدهد که وجود برخی امکانات و مقررات در مواردی باعث افزایش تمایل شهروندان سایر کشورها برای مسافرت به ایران و دریافت خدمات سلامت مورد نظر شده است، اما راهنماهای اخلاقی مدونی برای این حوزه وجود ندارد و پیشنهاد میشود چنین راهنماهایی تدوین گردد.
