پروژه ژنوم انسان و چالشهای اخلاقی و حقوقی در جوامع انسانی

چکیده
پروژه ژنوم انسان به عنوان بزرگترین پروژه علمی تاریخ بشر و متحولکنندهترین عامل تغییر در جهانبینی و ساختار اجتماعی جوامع انسانی شناخته شده است. نتایج این پروژه علمی که به دستیافتن دستور ساخت ژنتیک انسان و دیگر موجودات زیستی (ویروس، باکتری، گیاه و حیوان) شده است، در حوزههای علوم تجربی به ویژه پزشکی تأثیرات شگرف گذاشته است و حوزههای علوم انسانی از جمله حقوق، اخلاق، فلسفه و روانشناسی را تحت تأثیر خود قرار داده است. نظر به اهمیت موضوع در حال حاضر مراکز علمی و پژوهشی متعددی در حوزههای مختلف علوم انسانی در مراکز تحقیقاتی جهان به ویژه در حوزههای حقوق و اخلاق کارگروههای تخصصی برای بررسی تبعات استفاده از تکنولوژیهای جدید ژنومیک در جوامع انسانی به وجود آوردهاند. متخصصین و دانشمندان حقوق و اخلاق در سطح جهان بر این نکته اجماع فکری دارند که با توجه به قدرت تکنولوژیهای ژنتیک و ژنومیک در حوزه تشخیص قبل از تولد، تعیین جنسیت قبل از تولد، تشخیص و درمان بیماریها قبل از تولد و در طول زندگی، ارتقای جسمی و غیر جسمی در نسل حاضر و نسلهای بعدی انسانی، به تأخیرانداختن زمان مرگ افراد، تعیین اطلاعات ژنتیک افراد و خویشاوندان و پیشبینی آینده افراد در حوزه بیماریها و توانمندی آنها در حوزههای متفاوت جسمی و غیر جسمی... در آینده نزدیک کلیه بنیانهای اخلاقی و حقوقی که در جوامع بشری برای قرنها حتمی فرض میشده است، مجدداً باید مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرند. بنابراین آشنایی دانشجویان و اساتید و پژوهشگران حوزه حقوق و اخلاق به نتایج پروژه ژنوم و کاربردهای تکنولوژیهای ژنتیک در جامعه ایران یک نیاز اساسی است.
