The Journal of Irtiqa Imini Pishgiri Masdumiyat (Safety Promotion and Injury Prevention) (JSPIP) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal. It publishes papers quarterly in Persian with an abstract in English. JSPIP  is related to Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and focuses on research and development in the prevention and management of all types of intentional and unintentional injuries in the fields of epidemiology; traffic accidents; occupational health and safety; sports injuries; burns; falls; drowning; poisonings; bites; violence; natural disasters; man-made and technological disasters; and complex emergencies; as well as areas related to safety promotion in industries; health management and injury reduction policies; emergency medicine; and recovery and rehabilitation measures and services.

The Journal of Safety Promotion and Injury Prevention was selected as one of the top ten medical science journals in the country based on the SID-JCR-1397 citation reports of The Academic Center for Education,Culture and Research (ACECR) Scientific Information Database.i2025
