ارتباط بين فرسودگي شغلي و کيفيت زندگي در پرسنل مراقبت بهداشتي

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: پيامدهاي شغلي و اثرات آن بر سلامت پرسنل بهداشت و درمان در بسياري از مطالعات مورد بررسي قرارگرفته است. فرسودگي شغلي تحت تأثير کيفيت زندگي افراد ميباشد که ميتواند درنتيجه مواجهه طولاني مدت با استرس شغلي ايجاد گردد. پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعيين ارتباط بين فرسودگي شغلي و کيفيت زندگي انجام گرفت.
روش بررسي: اين مطالعه بر روي 80 نفر از پرسنل شاغل شبکه بهداشت و درمان شهرستان کامياران در قالب سه گروه شغلي انجام گرديد. اطلاعات مربوط به کيفيت زندگي و فرسودگي شغلي به ترتيب با استفاده از پرسشنامههاي کوتاه بررسي سلامت و استاندارد گلدارد جمعآوري شدند. دادههاي بهدستآمده در نرمافزار آماري SPSS مورد تحليل قرار گرفت.
يافتهها: 55 درصد از کارکنان در گروه بهداشتي، 75/18 درصد در گروه پرستاري-مامايي و 25/26 درصد در گروه اداري-خدماتي شاغل بودند. کيفيت زندگي خوب، متوسط و ضعيف به ترتيب در 75/33، 60 و 25/6 درصد از کارکنان ديده شد. حدود 5/22 درصد از کارکنان در معرض فرسودگي شغلي پايين بودند و 5/77 درصد از آنان از فرسودگي شغلي متوسط رنج ميبردند. ارتباط فرسودگي شغلي و همچنين کيفيت زندگي با ويژگيهاي دموگرافيک معنيدار نبود (05/0<p). بين کيفيت زندگي و فرسودگي شغلي ارتباط معنيدار و معکوس ديده شد (001/0>p)
نتيجهگيري: با توجه به رابطه معنيدار و معکوس بين فرسودگي شغلي و کيفيت زندگي، ميتوان با ارتقاي کيفيت زندگي کارکنان به طرق مختلف از فرسودگي شغلي و درنتيجه کاهش بهرهوري آنان جلوگيري کرد.
