بررسي ارتباط نوبتکاري با سلامت عمومي و کیفیت خواب در کارکنان یک شرکت لولهسازي

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: با افزایش روزافزون جمعیّت و نیاز به خدمات و صنعتی شدن جوامع، نوبتکاری به طور مستمر افزایش خواهد یافت. با توجّه به اثراتی که شیفتکاری بر سلامت و کیفیت خواب کارکنان دارد و میتواند در تولید و بهرهوری نیز تأثیرگذار باشد، بررسی و توجّه به این مشکلات، ضروری به نظر میرسد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطۀ نوبتکاری با سلامت روان و کیفیت خواب کارکنان بوده است.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر، مطالعهای مقطعی است که بر کارکنان شرکت لولهسازی اهواز به انجام رسیده است. از این جامعه، تعداد 230 نفر از پرسنل به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده شامل: پرسشنامۀ دموگرافیک، پرسشنامۀ سنجش کیفیت خواب پیترزبورگ و پرسشنامۀ 12سؤالی سلامت عمومی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار 18 spss و با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری توصیفی و استنباطی انجام گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از مقایسۀ بین دو گروه نوبتکار و گروه ثابتکار، حاکی از آن است که بین میانگین نمرات سلامت روان و کیفیت خواب دو گروه، ارتباط معنیداری وجود دارد و این اختلالات در پرسنل نوبتکار بیشتر است.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اثرات سوء نوبت کاری از یک سو و تعداد زیاد نیروی کار شاغل، حساسیت، مخاطرهآمیز بودن عملیات و فرآیندهای صنعتی در کشور از سوی دیگر، انجام مطالعهها و ارائۀ راهکارهای پیشنهادی مناسب برای تنظیم و تدوین نظام نوبتکاری بهینه برای حذف و یا کاهش اثرات نامطلوب ناشی از کار در نظامهای نوبتی ضروری است.
